Look legit - but 10 days later no sign of the item - just checked reviews here (retrospectively unfortunately) and am now worried what will actually arrive and when.
Regretting using them.
I hope if you're reading this you haven't bought anything yet from them.....

If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would.

I paid nearly £60 for a two-piece set and was shocked when it arrived - the quality was worse than a bad Shein order and the sizing was completely off. To make matters worse, even though the parcel had clearly come from a UK address, I was told I had to return it all the way back to China. The order itself took over two weeks to arrive, which already felt off.
I ended up paying over £40 just to send it back, hoping to at least recover some of my money. The parcel then got stuck in customs, and despite me providing full tracking and proof of postage, the company flat-out refused to refund me until they received it. In the end, my bank thankfully reversed the transaction - but I still lost over £40 on the return costs.

This whole experience was stressful, expensive, and felt like a scam. I’d warn anyone considering ordering from them: don’t waste your time or money.

Oh my! Keep well away from this operation shoppers. If you have to return the goods which based on my experience is extremely likely be prepared to pay carriage to China. Based on other reviews the chances of a full refund coming my way are slim

Ordered a dress, very poor quality and now have issues returning it. Also no refunds are given which is illegal. If you manage to get it returned then they will give you a credit note, so they say. Also the phone number to contact them doesn't connect!!!

Ordered a trouser suit large . When it eventually arrived it was an extra small. When I asked for a refund they would not give me one . I did not want anything else as a replacement as it would be the wrong size they have no return policy as it is in Hong Kong . Do not buy from this company there laws are not British and you won’t get a refund as they are under Chinese rules not British .i went to consumer rights and you can’t do anything so please don’t buy from them .

I only read the reviews after I made the purchase, otherwise I would not have gone ahead with the order. DO NOT ORDER

I thought C M was based in UK. I received my order very late - products not fit for purpose - returned goods - postage was £20 for 2 blouses - still waiting for a refund - despite numerous emails

Contact your credit card - I did after 4 weeks of being refused a refund by these scammers for sub standard goods and I GOT MY MONEY BACK.

When I contacted to get a refund as the quality of the dress was awful and not true to image, they refused to give me a full refund and only offered a partial amount if I returned it to a Chinese address at my own expense — something that wasn’t made clear when I purchased. The whole process feels deliberately designed to make returns as difficult and costly as possible!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The quality wasn’t even close to the photos, and the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I will never order from this place again again, and I would strongly warn others to avoid wasting their money here!!!

I have just received some bright turquoise Trainers from this company, I was seduced by the lovely colour and STUPIDLY didn’t read the reviews before I spent £40 on these- in truth I wouldn’t have bought them for a fiver, obviously from China and absolute TAT.

I only read the reviews after I made the purchase, otherwise I would not have gone ahead it’s the order.

Like most of the reviewers I thought C M was based in UK. I also thought I was buying a brand name top, but I don’t actually know if this was just a copy.
I received a number of updates as to where my order was, which I suppose was promising but it didn’t make much progress going from 1 station to another in China.even today there was no update to say it would be delivered today.
I contacted support CM and was reassured that they had upscaled the tracking and delivery.
It never reached ‘Out for Delivery, but IT HAS JUST ARRIVED🥰🥰🥰 I was prepared to be very disappointed, but the colour is just as described in the picture and apart from the sleeves not being quite perfect, i am so relieved and delighted that it’s arrived.
Would I order again? They do have some interesting outfits, so it’s tempting. It was about a 12 working days wait, which is actually what they say on the website, so probably not.

Beware do not order from this Chinese company .I ordered 3 items in early June and had to send 2 items back to China at a cost of £23 .The support team were very helpful and I am now awaiting a partial refund .

Absolutely shocking company, I will definitely never use couture moda again, the quality of the dress is a dismal. They’ve refused to refund me so given me store credit instead which I don’t even want. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive as well when it said 1-3 working days. The dress doesn’t even match how it even looks in person.

MICKY MOUSE COMPANY. STAY AWAY OR LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!! 2 months after ordering a white cotton V neck T shirt it still has not arrived and they don’t offer refunds or exchanges. I received a cheap polyester white T shirt which I never ordered. No exchange. Instead a 75% credit note so I reordered and never received. A total RIP OFF!!! Be warned

Zero stars. My 89 year old mum purchased a suit to wear for her 90th birthday celebrations. Exact same issues as other reviewers. Sizing at least 4 inches out! E mail reply from them says their policy is no returns on sale items. Didn’t specify sale item on purchase.
I’ve e mailed on my mums behalf to say I am exercising my statutory right to cancel a distance contract under para 29 of the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
I am within 14 days of the item being delivered to me and you i have a further 14 days in which to return the goods
My request for a full refund as stated above is supported by law. You saying that sale items can only be exchanged has no effect. Para 34 of the above regs say you must reimburse me the full amount i have paid for the goods.
Same b*sh*t response as other reviewers got. Shocking these people are still being allowed to trade and lining their pockets at the expense of us all.

Purchased men’s trousers.
Moda couture mislead consumers with 1-3 days which to the quick human eye you think is delivery which in fact is order acknowledgement.
The lead time is actually near 2 weeks and it’s shipped from CHINA.
Quality of product is really poor and a complete rip off.
Asked for a return and they offered me store credit when I’m well within my rights for a complete refund.
This review qualifies for a ZERO STAR AND NOT 1.
AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATIVE OF A COMPANY.

Ordered an item and it doesn't fit right/not for me. Tried to return and they said I couldn't because it was a sale item. I paid alot of money for this! All the items on the website are discounted looks like. Complete scam! Don't order as they won't refund you.

Do not purchase from them. Their info is deceiving and there isnt any quality.
Customer service is just as ridiculous and time wasting. Safe your money!!

No were did ut state your reuturns need to go to china. I would have not ordered. All your conact info was in the UK, which you since changed. So naturally people assume that it will be the cost to return within the UK. You are a absolute absolutely deceiving people without any conscience.

Purchased a jacket a couple of months ago . I am a size 14 and this jacket would have fitted a child !!!!
Asked for my money back .told to send it to CHINA at a cost of 27 pounds .to this day have not received m refund . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .
