Where do you send returns? Is there a return address to return items?

I waited weeks for a jacket I ordered for my son to arrive. Quality was rubbish. Initially I thought it was an item from Temu! I have been trying to initiate a return for several weeks. They have stopped replying to me as soon as I made it clear I did not want to exchange the item, I wanted to refund it. I keep trying but no joy. Do not use this shop.

Order never arrived, awful customer service

Definitely DO NOT BUY from this place. The stuff is cheap fake goods. I ordered 2 HUGO gilets from them. 2 gilets arrived no labels, no tags, they were just cheap rubbish. I then had to pay for return of items and six weeks later they are still avoiding my emails for a refund. They keep asking for something else and when you send them the relevant information they ask for something else. AVOID AT ALL COST,.!!!!

Jacket arrived stuffed into a very small bag. Item was badly crumbled and the fabric is such poor quality I doubt it will be wearable. The cost of returning it to China will be almost half the price of the jacket. Judging by the other reviews I'm not sure I'll get my money back. I should have read the reviews, all of which are all awful, and I would not have bought the item.

Not happy with purchase. I bought a bodywarmer Hugo boss £58. When it arrived its not Hugo boss the tag has something completely different.
The quality is very poor, its thin and won't keep you warm at all.
I want to return but not given me an option.
Don't bye anything from this site.

This is a SCAM site. I ordered slippers on September 23 and their tracking information is saying that the order was delivered to me on September 7... Yes, 16 days before I actually placed the order. I have emailed them but am getting messages saying my message can not be delivered. I don't expect to get my order now, or my money back. They cleverly made themselves sound like a Dutch shop but they are actually Chinese. Avoid.
UPDATE: My order arrived on October 3; no paperwork, no contact info, no sender's address. The sizing is not as stated on the website but I will not bother trying to return the item as, from what I read in other reviews, it will cost me more than the actual item.
I have done further research and the website appears to function for a "drop shipping" business... You order something from the website that you think is a Dutch shop and they order the item from somewhere in China. It is dispatched to you from China; the quality is poor.
So, it looks like China has found a new way to scam Europeans...by pretending to be a European shop.

Gave 1 star because the portal insists you use the stars before you can write a review.

This company are nothing but scamming money. They claim they sell Orthopaedic trainers, the fact is they have non-of the attributes of orthopaedic shoes and they are probably breaking the law describing them as such. I ordered 6 1/2 size shoe and a person with size 3 feet fit in them comfortably. I was told I cannot return because they were in the sale. I think everything they sell on their portal is in some sort of sale. If I had been able to receive a refund I would’ve had to return at my own expense to China.

Please stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

My order hasn't been delivered since 07 December 2024 so it is more than two months now. I ask for a refund but they never do. Be ware this webshop is a big scam

Terrible experience on their sight they write you can send back items this is a total lie they are in it just for the money
