It does not work. The pelmet keeps falling. The magnets are not the best way to keep it up. I spent a lot of money on this! It’s like burning money. It’s not even real wood It’s covered with a sticker. I will have to Look for better brackets myself. They didn’t even ship it to my house. I had the to pick it up from some lady 10 mins away from my house.

Very helpful and supplied exactly what I wanted.

The roller blind cover is a great idea. The magnets work well to attach the MDF cover to the wall brackets. The only problem I had was the adhesive fixing the metal plates to the back of the MDF cover. When the sun was coming through the window in the afternoon, the adhesive gave way and the cover fell off. This happened twice. I don’t believe adhesive is the best way of attaching the metal plates to the MDF cover. I fixed the problem by drilling two holes on the metal plate and attaching it to the cover with two small screws. I wonder if I am the only customer which this has happened to?

Quick and easy to measure up and delivered in good time. Easy to install.
Although, did expect the the top of the pelmet to be of the same material as the facing parts rather than cheaper alternative.

The product is excellent and looks better than I could have hoped to imagine. Customer service was fast, professional and efficient. Excellent packaging and speedy delivery first class all round. Very many thanks

The product is not as expected. The pelmet has fallen off twice. The glue that holds the magnets in place is clearly not strong enough.

It is a shame, as it’s a great idea and would make the window much tidier.

very quick service and good product

I really hoped these would be a good attractive solution. However, they don't stay up. They keep falling off and have now become dented, and one has knocked a vase off the windowsill all over the bed. It's hard to get the magnet to stay on straight, but I don't think that's the problem, it's more that the adhesive comes away from the magnet. I will have to find a creative way to make them stay up, and fill/paint the dents.

Some confusion on the website with the initial order, but was contacted by email before the incorrect pelmets were made. Very friendly and helpful. Order corrected on Friday am and I had the 4 pelmets delivered on Tuesday afternoon - great service. So easy to fit - took longer to find the steps and the screwdriver! Roller blinds now look so professional with the pelmets on and the roller covered - Brilliant! Would have been 5 stars if the website had worked correctly!

My order arrived with the incorrect instructions and fittings! I did receive apologies & correct fittings after contacting them. Not overly impressed with the pelmets & fitting them was not as easy as they claim.

The product is fine and simple to fit. A little expensive for what it is but probably a cheaper option than trying to make one yourself. Instructions are poor photocopies and confusingly wrong in some aspects but doesnt take an Einstein to work out how to fit it.
