Their listed lines are down and it is impossible to contact them but they debited the amount from my account. This now causes me unnecessary legal filings thru my bank to recover my money. Disgraceful.
This company is a ripoff.
Product not as advertised.
I ordered "CE Certified" KN95 masks that are "are used by hospitals, medical facilities and health professionals."
I received masks with no CE certification and which are labeled as a non-medical device.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Update: Response from the company did not address the issues and was unacceptable. Chargeback now in progress.
Dirty and used masks
I ordered KN95s and N95s for my use as a medical professional in March 2022. The masks arrived open and dirty, and with expiration dates in May 2022. Masks were wrapped in kitchen cellophane wrap with soiled ear loops and none were individually sealed. I am in dispute with the company, and they have yet to respond. There are many opportunities to obtain high quality masks from legitimate sources nowadays… but options were more scarce then. I was scammed!!!!
Masks Did Not Fit Around the Ears
I ordered masks that did not fit around my ears properly, the elastic was too short and kept sliding off.
I sent them a picture as requested, so that I could return the remaining unopened packages. I had emails from Sara and Bryan, over the course of several months
and still no resolution. They are a total rip-off and sell useless masks.
iHealth rapid test ship late expire soon…
placed order for 5 iHealth rapid test kits Jan5. They arrived week of Feb.22. The packages for each kit show expiration date of 6/14/22. Six weeks to ship; 4 months before the kits are unusable. I have ordered from other companies and the kits don't expire for over a year.
I have asked for refund/return to no avail.
Covcare
I place an order with the Covcare in November of 2021 and I received half of my order in January 2022. I have emailed and called the company to request the remainder of my order or a refund to my card for the product not received .
I sent emails on the following dates:
12/11/2021- Received response from the company on 12/16/21 (Delay in shipping)
12/30/2021 - Received response from the company on 1/1/22 (Delay in shipping)
1/20/22 - Received 1/2 of my order after email sent.
1/20/22 - Sent email requesting the remainder of my order and also called to advised company a portion of my order was missing. The young lady on the phone said there was a delay and the remainder of my order was shipped separately. I also received an email on 1/30/2022 stating "This is to inform you that your remaining order will ship separately. Please allow it some time. Once it ships, you will receive an email with the tracking details."
02/15/2022 - I sent another email to the company requesting the remainder of my order or a refund.
I purchased from covcare based on the recommendation of a co worker and have not had as much trouble with past orders. My last order took 2 months to be delivered and I took this into account when placing this order. If you don't need the masks right away; have the time to wait; the patience to chase down an delayed order and /or are ok with potentially never receiving the items you paid for then Covcare is for you.
I will go back to ordering my masks from a company called wellbefore. They cost a little bit more, but at least you will receive your order on time.
I do not recommend this company
I would have given 0 stars but didn't have the option. Received "what they say are" N95 masks. The upper part of the mask sets way too high above the nose bridge. The outer edge is a very hard, plastic like material that almost touches my eyes. Just a slight slip or if the mask rides up (as I have observed they do) could cause eye damage. I tried to get a refund or a replacement of a different mask (perhaps another mask would fit better). They kept requesting a picture of the problem. Seriously, I am not going to put that mask on and damage my eyes just to send them a picture of their defective masks! They refused to replace or refund my money (because of hygeine issues they will not accept returns). They were not professional. They do not stand behind their products. I fully expect a full refund for a defective product period. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you want to take a chance. If it does not fit or if it is defective you are out of luck.
Company is a scam
Ordered KN95 masks on Jan 6 that were listed as in stock and promised to ship with in 2-3 days. Credit card charged immediately but masks did not ship until 1 month later. Received masks but they were not KN95. Called Covcare and sent them pictures of the masks as directed and was promised issue would be resolved within 48 hrs. Multiple calls to Covcare result in more lies being told each time and they refuse to correct the situation and just keep asking that I be patient and give them more time.
Bad service ordered 100 packs of test…
Bad service ordered 100 packs of test kits, received 10 packs charged my Credit card over $2600 and won't send remainder of order or credit card.

I believe I was scammed by this company. I ordered 10 rapid antigen COVID tests on Dec 21. I have called the company and emailed them multiple times. Each time they apologize with a generic response and say it will be shipped in the next week. Each week I wait and nothing comes. I finally have waited long enough (1/31/22) and cancelled my order today. We'll see if they actually refund the money. Buyer beware!!!!
Taking orders...and CHARGING...but NO DELIVERY
I echo the current complaints with my own:
1) This company was helpful earlier in the pandemic, but something has gone very wrong there now.
2) They are charging prior to shipping any product.
3) They are NO LONGER delivering product in any kind of timely way. Sequence: Ordered and charged for 40 N95s on 12/1. Called them on 12/17 and they said that they'd "ship next week" (a common ploy they're using these days). Called again on 1/10 and got the same line. Finally, called them on 1/24 to cancel...with nothing received.
I will follow up with a separate complaint...and file one with the Better Business Bureau...if I am not promptly refunded.
I would add: The very same female voice took each of my three calls. That's NOT a good sign for any kind of sizable and functional company. This is something else altogether. Caveat Emptor!
Masks are smaller than regular!
I just recently received my order of KN95 masks from Covcare and was very disappointed that their ''standard size" is kid size. They don't accept return or exchange so don't even bother ordering from them.
Good masks, poor service
I have ordered N95 masks from Covcare. The masks were excellent, but their customer service is poor. The order takes several weeks to deliver, and when inquiring about the status of the order, they give one blanket response: "Your order is awaiting shipment and is scheduled to be shipped out soon. Once it ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number." I received this message weeks apart. Expect to wait an EXTREMELY long time for your order. Also, expect minimal help from their customer service.
Dishonest advertising.
I was really glad to find these guys at the point in the pandemic when NOBODY else had PPE for sale to individuals. But they have gotten horrible. They sent me emails in mid December that they had COVID rapid antigen tests available. I ordered some. It is now January 18, they still have not shipped. I have called several times. They say they are "shipping this week." But they don't. Meanwhile, I get emails every other day that they have COVID antigen tests IN STOCK. They are lying. I can appreciate supply line issues. But I don't appreciate being lied to. Don't advertise (aggressively) that you have them when you don't.
Order never received
Ordered from CovCare twice. The first time was fine as I received what I had ordered. The second time was on 12/15/21 and as of 1/15/22 I have yet to receive any merchandise and the agent answering the phone continues to state that the order will ship next week. Next week never comes...

This was my second order from this company. The first experience was fine and I was completely satisfied with the quality I received. The second order was totally unacceptable. I gave them some slack on the delivery time, however, the masks I received were not the same quality, the fit was terrible and they cut into my small face. I contacted customer service, they took almost 2 weeks to get back to me and said there was nothing they could do about it and they refused to accept a return.

The company says their products are made in the US..Not so!!! The NK95 masks I ordered were made in China, and in the package it has the manufacturing info paper from China.
This company is scamming people! I contacted them to request info to return them for a refund, since they were sold with false information. They refused any type of return/refund. This company needs to be shut down. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is disgusting.
Cannot trust Covcare
I am updating my Jan 2 review of Covcare, in which I described significant delays in delivery of product and Covcare’s misleading promises about expected delivery dates. Covcare replied to my review and suggested I contact customer support for further help with my order which I placed on 11/19. I did so and I was told the order was shipped and I would get it the next day. That next day was about 5 days ago. It is astonishing that Covcare would make the same misleading statements to me after seeing my 1 star review and taking the time to reply to it. It is an example of a company that can never be trusted. And I doubt that I will ever see what I ordered. Update Jan. 22–today Covcare told
me my order was not shipped after all “because of the holiday.” Every other time I called I was told it had shipped. But I knew it hadn’t because in the past I got shipping confirms and this time I didn’t. So I finally just cancelled the order. It’s so easy to get these masks elsewhere fast. Covcare can’t get its act together and the reps have no idea what is going on. Terrible company that gives out false information
False representation?
My experience has been similar to those expressed by many others - the company processes an order, immediately charges the credit card company, then makes excuse after excuse as to why the orders are experiencing delays. As I see it, I am suspicious that the company never possessed the advertised COVID test kits to begin with. Keep a close eye on these people...or better yet, simply avoid them.

I ordered some KN 95 mask back on 10-15-21. I have had some correspondence from them asking me to be patient. I sent them an email over a week ago asking for a refund have not heard a word. Do not use this company they are not trustworthy
