Webchat helped after no one answered my call

Webchat was able to help me promptly switch to a cheaper plan.
This is after I called sales number, after IVR and call answered there was no response on the other end - heard background conversations but no one was on my line. Called a 2nd time and same thing happened.

Billing

It took a long time, but obviously it was difficult to find my gas bill payment, as it was my mistake and I had put the wrong reference number.
At the end Aush together with the billing team resolved it successfully.

Understanding and helpful

I called up today to confirm closure of accounts following the sale of our business. Grace was able to assist me in confirming the details required and was patience and understanding my queries and process refunds left on my account. Thank you Grace!

Outstanding service

I have been a CovaU customer for many years, and today I contacted customer service to update my direct debit details to a new bank account. I was extremely impressed with the support provided by Grace.
I also asked Grace to review my current plan for any more competitive options. She made the process of switching to a lower-cost plan exceptionally smooth and straightforward.
Grace was attentive, polite, and highly professional throughout the interaction. I sincerely appreciate her outstanding service.

No problem with the agent

No problem with the agent, information and conversation were clear. Only gave 4 stars because Ausgrid Tech arrived almost end of the day. I would give 5 stars if it arrived soonest possible time. Thanks

Excellent service

The The young lady I spoke with was able to resolve my inquiry. She was very thorough very polite and knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend the Service I have received from covau I had tried another company who were marginally cheaper but the service was terrible so immediately switched back to covau. 5 out of 5 stars.🤩

I signed up with COVAU very recently

I signed up with COVAU very recently, and the process was very easy. I also got a great deal that helps me save money. I contacted them to clarify a credit I was expecting on my account, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they attended to the matter and resolved it. I am really happy with COVAU and highly recommend them for anyone considering their next energy retailer
