I HATE being forced to subscribe to something and then have to worry about canceling it in time! If you're going to charge for a cover letter, do it! Don't force your customers to put a recurring charge on their credit card when they're obviously LOOKING FOR A JOB, meaning finances aren't exactly great, RIGHT? Think aboutbit!

Sometimes you only need a little.
Once again the bait and switch of a free service leading to an expensive subscription. I did not mind paying $2.95 for the one letter I wanted. I am not job hunting, a $25 subscription is not acceptable. The letter was completed with far better language than I could come up with. I only had to make a few minor tweaks to match my company's language.
