Purchase through cashback website and never receive cashback. Tried to ring cover choice and they just dont care. As long as they've got your money that's all that matters to them!
They were good in advising for the cover taken via them but have not honoured the cashback part of the deal. Not returning call and no response to email. Very poor experience

Great service and highly recommend
The advisor who dealt with my request was very helpful. He explained everything clearly and even went over my questions again when asked. He didn't hard sell me anything which was the biggest plus ! Would defiantly recommend. Makes a change to be able to speak to a polite and helpful advisor. Very happy customer.
