Excellent telephone customer service
I had been trying to complete the pre-existing conditions clearance on a linked website, but kept being told that based on my answers I couldn't be covered - although I hadn't actually got to the section where I could declare my PEC, so I phoned the customer service line. It was a bit of a wait, but, after 20 minutes I heard a real voice and proceeded to explain what had happened. The person I was speaking to found my entry, and quickly spotted I had made the rookie error of checking the wrong tick box at the end, which effectively aborted the process. She asked me if I'd like to go through the details with her on the phone, which I did, and in no time at all I was cleared for take-off. Hats off to the friendly, helpful and efficient person I spoke to.

There was initial problems after I received my renewal request, when I put in the policy number it said it ran out 14 days ago, and I needed a new quote, rather odd as I only received the email that day. Anyway having been in touch with C2G all is now sorted.

Missed the renewal date but very easy to pick up a few days after expiry and get excellent cover at what I consider to be a good price.

Good, clear policies and forms with competitive price
The cover offered and the levels of cover were easy to understand. The online questions were easy to understand and complete. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that I found having to deal with two separate companies with two separate payments for travel and medical insurance somewhat confusing.
