Received my grey-gold house sign once we had fitted the sign it wasn’t great! Very difficult to read. I called customer service didn’t get much help nor is there any alternatives. I wouldn’t recommend this product unfortunately

Really disappointed with the sign
Really disappointed with the sign - it's a poor design - black sign on silver backing means you can't clearly see the writing especially if the sun is shining on the sign - almost impossible to see the house number. The signs looks really smart on the advertisement but whilst the service/delivery was good and prompt, the actual sign is pretty much useless on our front and we will have to change it so that you can clearly see our house number. Our front is south facing and does get a lot of sun but our previous sign from another company was perfectly readable in all weathers.

Ordered item, received tracking number which does not work. Have reached out several times via email and Instagram, No replies whatsoever. I receive regular emails asking for product review, plus marketing emails for other products. This adds to the frustration. My only option at this stage is hoping this review gets some attention or go to my credit card company for a refund.
