Gym Floor Cover
Everything with Covermaster was great, from the initial contact to the delivery of the product. My rep was very patient as I work in a high visibility and very busy environment and often don't have time to respond to emails immediately. I am also appreciative of the persistence. I would have rated 5 stars however upon delivery one of the support rods was bent. I will be contacting the company to determine how to resolve this issue.

Customer service was excellent when calling in. Part was good, but price was a little out of this world for a hunk of plastic....it does hold a lot of weight though, so perhaps it is a very special plastic.
Wondered why you didn't include a gasket? (rubber pad behind where it attaches) as the old one was ready to fall apart but we did try to reuse it.
Also bolts to go with it could be helpful. Again we reused all the old parts that the new piece didn't come with, but bolts and gasket (pad) would have made the service top notch.
or when calling in for the part, perhaps the agent could have asked if we required the gasket or bolts to go with the piece. Good thing we didn't chuck them out or would have been upset if part came and then we had to order more to make it work.
