Gerry was extremely knowledgeable about the different gym floor covering options. He helped narrow down the many options to help us find the best product for our needs. We were on an very tight time frame and placed the order quickly. When Gerry found out that the color we wanted was out of stock, Covermaster came up with a fantastic solution to accommodate us! Amazing! Not only that, but they got the floor covering to us three days in advance of our deadline. This company went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

Thomas at Covermaster was very patient while my administration and the Board of education took their time to approve the order. He kept in contact while the machinations of my big organization worked through everything. Thomas also was instrumental in giving me names of other companies that could give a quote for a similar product. I am happy with the product now that it is all put together - the arrival of all the pieces of the cart caused me some stress but it is now put together and the covers loaded ready for the next event.
