I kept sending emails about a prize I earned, and never heard anything, I come to find out that I WAS notified of the prize according to their records, but I never received a single email. I finally got a message from Myles Gardiner, and he said they are looking into possible server issues that might have caused why I never received any of their emails.

He let me know how I could finally receive my prize by furnishing information, and when I sent it to him he thanked me for supplying the information, and that I would receive it within a week or two. And for the trouble, he increased my prize from a $20 gift card to a $50 gift card.

After having my inquiries ignored for a few months, Myles got right on it and made it right, and gave me an extra bonus to boot because of the confusion and the glitches with their servers. Myles turned the issue from being poor service to being first class service, and his work on this to make it right was much appreciated!

OK, to be honest I been a member since 2014 and have entered many contests and won a few, I recently have hit the streak in survivor a couple times and have not received my gift. I don't know what seems to be the issue because in the past I have never had an issue. Really like the site and visit everyday. Just don't understand what the hold up is.

One option is missing, specialy in NCAAB, where I could select the team I was playing and it was very fast to check the progress. Now you have to go through a whole list ( +/- 25 games)

I visit this web site daily for wagering information as well as the free contests. I really miss the ultimate contest race to 200 wins. I would even play a contest like that for a simple Amazon gift card like the other contests. The consensus information is also very helpful.
