Easy to order, delivered next day and products were the best.

love the product, great quality

but purchased with the recommended adhesive which wasn't included in the delivery... left 3 answerphone messages and not had a response for a refund. not only that there was a 3 week delay due to no stock that was not mentioned when I bought the paper

Website easy to use. Google searched wallpaper code as local store had not got any after getting a sample. Wow what can I say not only a very good next working day delivery (small charge as order less than £100) but we also saved money. Thank you 🙏

Difficult to cut, unless you have very sharp blades or scissors.

I've not ordered yet as I have been trying to place an order to be shipped to the USA. the site asks you to inform them what you want to order and which I did and where the order would be sent, again provided all necessary information, and they will quote you a shipping price.

No reply after a week seems they don't much care about making a sale? If they don't want to ship over seas then why make the claim that you do? This is not looking good from a new customers point of view. Do you not want new customers to have a positive experience from beginning to end? This is very disappointing.

I am having problems getting any response from this company. It's looking like a Scam!!

Wallrock KV600 Thermal Liner paper.
We had been suffering with condensation in our dining room, it got so bad it was staining the walls. I googled for something to help and this company came up. We hesitated as it was very expensive but my goodness it has been worth every penny. The delivery was exceptional, it came the next day exactly when stated, within an hour slot. The paper was fairly easy to work with and can be painted over. It has been in place now for a couple of weeks and I can honestly say, we have had no trouble whatsoever with condensation since putting up this paper. I would highly recommend this.

Five stars all the way. Excellent service and an excellent product.
