They steal your money

They steal your money! that simple!!!
this is a scam website and you will never ever get your money back even if they don't send your orders! You order stuff, they don't have them in stuck and they will randomly send a few of them items you ordered and keep the money for the stuff they don't have in stuck! and will never ever refund you!!!! Then they delete your account, no link would works, block your email address so they dont have to answer anymore!!! what a joke, that's how they are running a BUSINESS , with stealing money! such a joke .. Seriously don't even think of buying ANYTHING from this website SCAM SCAM SCAM

Worst products I’ve ever received from…

Worst products I’ve ever received from a shop. Nothing like the pictures or as described and horrible manufacturing. Don’t waste your time and money. Also the brand was not willing to give me a refund as the product was damaged and nothing as described. Horrible customer service ever and a massive scam.

Poor customer service- slow and soooo…

Poor customer service- slow and soooo unclear.
Website doesn’t tell you what’s in/ out of stock.
Paid for express shipping but no idea as to when it’s arriving. Asked for update - got an email (eventually) saying some items are out of stock but never told me which ones.

Have asked several times for clarification but nothing. Told them I need to cancel any orders not in stock - still no clear answer.

It’s like they don’t read my replies or question just email with updates that have no relevance as there are no clear delivery dates, nor what is being shipped or what is not available.

Can’t comment on the actual items yet…

1. Our customer service is online for 8 hours every day. Maybe due to the time difference, we don't reply to you at the first time when you send emails, but we reply to you within 24 hours every day.
2. In the first email, the customer service told you that a product was out of stock. If you want to cancel it, you can contact the customer service for a refund. All other products are in stock and have been shipped to you. The tracking number has been sent to your email, please check it.
3. As for the delivery date, we can only give you a general time frame as logistics is affected by many factors. We will urge the logistics company to deliver to you as soon as possible every day.
If you are still not satisfied, please contact our customer service again, they will give you the corresponding solution.

Don’t recommend

Don’t recommend. The items aren’t as nice as pictured. Then when requesting a refund they want to offer you 10% of what you bought it for which is absurd having to pay full price for something you won’t ever use and they won’t let you return it. Never again.

I think this website is a scam which is…

I think this website is a scam which is so not cool. They took my money a week and a half ago and have not given me tracking information at all. I have tried to send messages to the website, write on their FB page (they have FB messenger blocked where you can’t message there?), email and NOTHING but one reply saying the items were not in stock sooooo refund please I asked and silence. I ordered over $100 worth of stuff and I should have looked up the reviews. DO NOT GET SCAMMED

Updated: Something was sent and it looks nothing like the pictures and my whole order wasn’t even sent and they are no refunding.

This site is a scam, they do not pay for returns and the items are not what they appear to be in photo. Very cheaply made from china. The sizing chart does not match up.

The brand is very different in person…

The brand is very different in person then the website.
The fabric is very poor ,it is not strong and weird on the body . When I send email for refund then suggest me to sell to a friend or family.
This is not professional at all and even if I wanted to return it I would pay to send it back to China , absurd and a liar. DO NOT BUY I HATED AND WASTED MY MONEY 😡

I would give xero if I could

I would give xero if I could, UK buyer, bought swimsuits, 2 weeks in I asked for delivery date as we are going on holiday, told they were out of stock, so I asked for a refund. They offered vouchers, then 2 weeks later they tell me the order has shipped even though I wrote emails every day asking for a full refund and cancel order, Paypal is now stepping in and I think trading standards will be informed as well, We won't be here to accept deliveries of whatever they have chosen to send, Don't waste your money or time chasing refunds, very annoying.

Avoid buying anything from them

Avoid buying anything from them. They are trying their best to not refund you, I have requested 5 times, they still not giving me a refund. You can also see their reply underneath, they did not send my product 2 items, because I leave a comment ( my rights to review) they just rejected my refund request. This is ridiculous, I have my rights to get my money back as you did not send my product. This reply will be my evidence. See you in court.

Avoid at all costs

I purchased several swimsuits from this store, and have been met with nothing but objections when I’ve tried to return them. Despite the website stating that returns are possible and that they’d send a pre-paid return label if the items don’t work, they refused to do so and kept offering me discounts to keep the items that I’d like to return. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing and I will never buy from here again. I’d encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
