The process was quick and easy, only issue I had was parking. The registration and finding my info was quick. The nurse administrating the test was nice and explained everything clearly. No issues with the process.

Last minute appointment but no problem I got right in. I pulled up to the site and everything was seamless with check in I got the test done in less than three minutes. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Results were in sooner than expected which was a huge plus. This is my third time using them and will continue to use them and spread the word to colleagues and friends

I am so happy that guys are around during this pandemic time. The experience I have was excellent service. It was easy to book an appointment and the waiting time was fast and the tested was painless. What is more important is the trun around time for the test results was very fast. I am more then happy that you guys are here and hope that you guys would stay around until this pandemic is over.

This was so easy and convenient! I was able to get a same day appointment right away, and I got my results back in less than 24 hours. The staff were all so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Thank you for making this process so easy! My work (retail) currently requires me to get a once a week test to ensure a level of safety and honestly I was dreading it because tests at City locations took 2+ hours, and appointments were almost impossible to get. Then I saw the location on La Cienega driving home and I booked it. SO EASY! i can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner.

Great quick service when other locations made it so difficult and took hours. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Only problem is they said I'd receive a SuperBill that I could then expense back to my insurance (Kaiser) and have not yet received that. So need to follow up with them again.

Fast, outdoor walk-up test; nice and helpful staff. Results promised in 36 hours but unfortunately took a few hours longer (4-5 hours late). Since I'll need my next test for an international flight, hesitating to use this again as i'm not sure I can count on getting results back on time.

I think that the location is great. It's easily accessible with lots of parking. There was no wait. The person attending explained the process and was helpful. It was quick and easy. Done. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I hadn't heard from anyone for 2 days. Fortunately, I had a phone number to call. Turns out that there was some problem with getting people their results. I realize things happen, so I'm sure this issue has been resolved.

It’s been more than 3 days and still have not gotten results

The actual process of the testing site was simple. However, trying to fill out a member claim form because I have Oscar insurance and need to be reimbursed for paying out of pocket, has been a nightmare!!! I need a simple actual receipt (proof of purchase) instead all I can prove is a calendar invite.
Also, I need provider information such as: tax id, diagnosis code etc.

I love paperless, but this needs to be improved upon. I was diagnosed as positive two weeks ago and I would like to get tested today. I am not going to your site or using your scheduling bc I can't get reimbursed yet. Thats a loss of $195 for you guys. I would then probably go again in a week to make absolutely sure I didn't have it any more witch potentially would be total of $390 to you.

If your offices would like to help me with any of these issues I would be happy to fix this review

It’s Monday January 11,2021 and I still haven’t received my results

Superb service by Jamie from the minute I approached your location behind Bodega. (I had seen the sign at the Promenade). Something about her personality and her incredible customer service in giving me her phone number gave me reassurance that I would, in fact, get my PCR test result on time for my 2 day journey to Europe. I was relieved and overjoyed to get my (negative) result from Flowhealth. I contrast this experience with a local urgent care where the check in process was a nightmare and I had to chase, chase, chase to get my result back. Thank you for seeing this real need and for setting up an efficient business with smart, service oriented people and labs to address it. Well done.

It was great, fast, easy. I needed results same day so I could return to work after travel and it couldn’t have been more simple and convenient.

Both my parents went to take the test and their experience was great. They liked that it was quick and everyone was very friendly. The only thing is that neither of them got their test results emailed or txted to me. I had to reach out to the email provided to ask for the results. The person who responded to me apologized and didn’t know why we hadn’t received any notification. Turns out my mom was positive and dad was negative, so my dad had to return to test again. Besides that everything was great.
