Booked for an a rapid 1 hr PCR near the end of the day , did not come , waited in hotel room until I emailed them asking if and when they were coming . They stated they would come at 9am , would be first on the list ….. this was urgent for a air requirement . Arrived late at 1030 am unapologetic and nearly missed our flight because of this .

The service was super easy and…
The service was super easy and convenient and professional. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I signed up for the afternoon slot (1-7pm) yet I was surprised to receive a message at 11am that the tech was on their way. Also for travel purposes, it would be helpful if you add an option to enter notes about the time as I needed my appointment after 3.30pm to meet the 48-hour guidelines. In the end I was able to request this when I replied to the sms sent at 11am and they did send someone else after 3.30 but it’s best to be able to avoid this uncomfortable situation by addressing it at the time of booking. The results came in ahead of schedule and I requested the QR code to be added and this was sent quickly too. I definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you!

Our attempt at the Walgreens route…
Our attempt at the Walgreens route didn’t work out too well. Missed the deadline and had to cancel the flight and get retested. Called Covid Check and they were at our place in an hour and we had our results within 4 hours! You may have to pay but the peace of mind is worth it. Excellent service and highly recommend!!!!
