Wish i could give zero star ordered a Vintage suade jacket with fleece lining in Dec 2025 after a month receives a cheap nasty jacket with no tags which was covered with a thin black plastic over a cheap lining probably made in China even though they say all made in USA all messages sent to Support Cowboymen.com but only recieved excuses but refuse to accept any responsibility i have tried to get a refund from Paypal too no avail still going on to date my last resort will be my Credit card company for a renewal their website has disapeared along with their adds this is a Chinese scam company do not buy anything from them

I ORDERD AND PAID FOR 2 JACKETS. I RECIEVED 1 IN A SMALL PACKET. ON OPENING IT WAS CRUSHED TO HELL. HORRENDOUSLY MADE BY A BLIND GUY. NO SIGN OF THE OTHER JACKET. ON CONTACT THE APPROPRIATELY NAMED COWBOYMEN DENY ONLY SENDING 1 BEARING IN MIND I PAID NEARLY £100 FOR THEM THEY OFFERED ME A PARTIAL REFUND OF 8 DOLLARS. GUYS AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY YOU WILL ONLY LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND RECIEVE DISAPPOINTMENT. HONESTLY DONT BOTHER.

Advertised as made in USA, shipped from China,no manufacture tags, color wrong, size way to small,(3xl doesn't even fit a xl person, no return policy ,they just try to buy your silence with a small chump change. This is nothing more than a broker firm for a chinese knock off outfit. As soon as i mentioned contacting the Better Business Bureau they have ceased all communication with me, Guess they really do have something to hide.

very low quality. requested return/refund the day I received the coat. They offered me $7 of the $80 that I paid for it. Terrible company, terrible products. the pictures look good but the products are garbage.

This company is terrible do not order anything from them they are scam artist. I placed three orders with them and didn’t receive one item that I ordered although they did send me three Junky jackets that are of terrible quality!!!

THIS IS FRAUD!!
I waited for the goods to arrive in Ukraine for a little less than a month. And I could have turned a blind eye to that, but the goods that arrived were completely different from what I ordered, they were 0% similar to what I ordered, and the quality was just terrible.
Technical support, after being provided with all the information, said that everything was correct in the warehouse and there were no mistakes, but they could compensate us $9, while responding only once a day at most. The goods came from China, even though the store positions itself as American.
Don't fall for this scam!!!

All items say they are leather but are made of felt. I think the only leather item on whole jacket was the stitching on the tag. Don't buy anything from this company. Total scam

Total scam, made out I received my jacket and courier left item on my open storm porch. I asked for photos of my item left in my porch but couldn't give me none.
Went through my ring doorbell cameras and nobody had even been to my house all day.
Lost my money to dodgy people again.
Ad also says 100% made in America which turns out to be 100% made in China.
Beware

Was sent the wrong product. They offered to let me keep the product in exchange for $16 us compensation. I paid over $60 us for a product I never received. And the jacket I received I would not be caught dead in down the street. I ordered a Vintage black suede sports pocket. Received a "material" brown bomber length jacket of no particular style.

Chinese Scammers

Misleading website. BEWARE of the charge. They will overcharge you so check your statement. When you call them out on it they blame it on a computer glitch but they do refund the overcharge. Many won't catch that. Contrary to what is stated there is no return policy. They give you the runaround. Although items are shipped to you from the USA and they show the USA flag on every page so you think the company is based in the states, however, if you want to return them it'll have to be mailed to China. They dissuade you from doing so by offering $7 to keep the items. That amount may go up a tad if you keep insisting on returning the item. If you get lucky and you like the item you bought, great. But if the sizing is wrong or you need to return it, the return shipping cost might exceed the cost for your item. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If I could give a negative score I would. The product that was ordered was faulty with a tear in the arm & when I tried to get a full refund, they won't do it, offering 7usd. It is not an American website, it's from China. They also say that their departments are calling the item accurate when it has a tear in the arm. It's fraudulent & I do not recommend using this website & certainly don't buy anything from it.

Arrived in about three weeks and matched expectations. Skull graphic has a vintage motorcycle vibe thats pretty stylish. Fits comfortably and fabric quality feels decent for what I paid. Overall satisfied, but shipping couldve been quicker.

My father ordered a men’s full collar sweathirt for 37 USD plus shipment to Europe and received a totally different item - a pink sport sweatshirt, apparently the goods of lower quality. The customer service is absolutely tragic, they refuse to accept responsibility for the wrong item and they offer ridiculously low compensation (currently 7 USD). The whole approach of this e-shop looks like a fraud to me. I definitely do not recommend.

I have ordered a jacket from Cowboymen - shipment took over a month from the USA to Australia which is not the biggest issue. The jacket that was shipped to me is clearly a “knock off” of the photos on the site, there were at least 4 differences in the design and the material is clearly not the same as what is shown on the photos. I have spoken to customer services 5 times and they are utterly useless and uncooperative - I still have not been able to get a return address only confirmation it must be returned to China - thus they are not a US shop but only create that impression.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME TO SUPPORT THIS DISHONEST COMPANY - they are the type of company giving online sales a bad name.

Be aware cowboymen.com are not an American web site it is Chinese. Though they take payment in US dollars and appear to charge US tax.
The items I bought were very cheaply made imitations of American styles not much like the advertised cloths especially regarding colour.
Cowboymen.com will under no circumstances allow a return of the item to China for refund! instead they gave a small partial refund and I could keep the items which I cannot wear because of the size.
It is something of a deception rather than a scam ,overly expensive( relative to price )cheap clothing pretending to be quality American style.

The jacket delivered was a very cheap reproduction of the one advertised on the web site
