Does what it should. Recommended

I work in a big warehouse picking orders for shops so very manually intensive and whenever anything hurts I book in with Kira and everytime I feel so much better afterwards. Would recommend to help you get better.

I came in to see Kira about 6weeks ago and could hardly walk after pulling my lower back
I have had issues with my lower back for over 10years after playing rugby, taking painkillers and having injections in the spine with constant trips back and forth to the doctors.
I have a long road of rehab ahead of me which is going great thanks to the program and support of Kira.
I can't recommend Kira enough, it has really changed my life and I'm near enough pain free now and building up my core strength.
I never thought things could improve as much as they have done in the space of time. My only regret is that I didn't see her sooner.

I've suffered with back pain for years and had a period where I couldn't walk for 2 years, leading to an operation (L4-L5). I have seen many Chiropractors in my time and find Joe to be very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended.

After injuring my lower back in the garden, I was barely able to get out of bed due to the pain. As such, I booked an appointment with Joe at the clinic to get his opinion.

In our initial session, Joe conducted several tests to find the root of the problem, he was attentive and clearly explained what he was doing at each stage. Following the diagnosis, Joe helped relieved the pain with massage techniques and topical gels. I was then provided with a plan of exercises/stretches to follow to relieve pain and prevent re-injury.

I attended four more treatment sessions where I received additional massage treatments and tweaked my exercise plan.

Now I have finished my treatment with Joe, my lower back pain is almost non-existent and I'm able to go about my day-to-day activities again. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who is suffering from lower back pain.
