To Summarize: Very impressed 👍 Here were my concerns. 1. The size and price was excellent but my concerns were since it's a modular how solid would it really be would it move around would it feel cheap? ANSWER: I was blown away putting this sectional together in sections ensures a snug fit once locked in it's as if it were one piece. 2. It says leather but what type of quality would the leather be. ANSWER: this sectional from top to bottom is quality we have a leather sectional upstairs in our main area and this sectional is an excellent quality leather in line with our other leather sectional. 3. What would the quality of the cushions be? ANSWER: The quality of the cushion are at a superior level. The The firmness I experienced when we sat down made the sectional feel like a high quality leather sectional. The seat cushions velcro to the base ensuring it doesn't move around. The backrest cushions do not have Velcro I think that would have been a good addition to make sure that they don't slide forward because they can slide around. Unfortunately our cornerback cushion leather came damaged with really bad wrinkles (see picture below) making the cushion look 10 years older I have reached out to customer service and they are looking into it. 4. I wasn't too concerned about how hard it would be to put together but here's my take. ANSWER: what was really helpful and smart was an email came and included a video to YouTube which is a step-by-step installation instruction The box even has a link to the instructions and it comes with a manual so anyone complaining about instructions aren't paying attention. My overall experience dealing with Cozey is good. Unfortunately their inspection stage allowed a substandard cushion to get through but if they stand by their warranty and replace it I have no complaints. I also like the fact that I can now make this six seater into a seven seater by a purchasing another seat because it's a modular for $250 which I plan on doing once I receive the back cushion replacement. I wish I could give cozy an A+ because I'm really happy with this but because of the cushion I give it a B+
