Delivery time was long and after waiting a long time it arrived without the side panels. Now I don't know how long I need to wait for my bed to be complete.

According to both the warehouse records and the carrier tracking, all boxes for your Ara bed were shipped and marked as delivered. Because of this, we have launched an investigation with our operations specialists to locate the missing side panels.
