Easy to put together once you found a video, the QR code they send with the couch doesn’t work. The cushions are all slanted down away from the back of the couch. Maybe they will flatten out over time but I’m not impressed with the look at all. The return process is far to costly and complicated that you’re stuck with a couch that isn’t your fav. I would highly recommend going to try one out if there is a storefront in your area.
