Really comfy couch! I'm happy with my purchase. I've had the couch for a couple months now. The pillows have deflated a bit and settled, I prefer this as initially they were too fluffy and they would slide off the couch and was a bit uncomfortable. You do have to switch the base pillows around every couple of weeks otherwise they have a bit of unevenness to them, specifically they begins to lean forward. I've fallen asleep plenty of times as it's very comfy but when I wake my neck is sore, I assume that is due to the backrest pillows still being very fluffy as they are harder to decompress. Overall I like my purchase and would recommend others that are thinking to take the risk of ordering a couch online.
