Fabric looks awful with significant pulling after just a couple years. We have no kids or pets and our non-Cozey sofa that’s 10+ years old looks newer. Corey sent us a fabric razor and even replacement cushion covers but even those are worn. We will be replacing with a non-Cozey sofa and feel our money was wasted.

We did send replacement covers along with a fabric shaver to help maintain the appearance of the fabric, but we recognize that this has not fully resolved your concerns. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to try to make things right.
Pilling can happen over time on upholstered fabrics as a result of normal friction from everyday use, even in homes without kids or pets. While this is a common characteristic of many woven textiles, we completely understand that it can still be disappointing, especially when compared to your expectations.
This particular collection comes from earlier in our journey, and since then we’ve continued to evolve our products significantly. We’ve upgraded our fabrics to be more durable for everyday living and have also expanded our assortment with new colors and fabric options. Feedback like yours has played an important role in helping us improve.
