Thought we would love this sofa, but unfortunately the cushions don't hold their shape - constantly need to rotate them however the stuffing moves around so rotating does not do the job. Kicking ourselves for not returning this sofa.

We understand how frustrating it can be when the cushions don’t hold their shape the way you’d hoped. The Gaia is designed as a soft, plush collection, similar to our cloud-style sofas, so the cushions are intentionally airy and relaxed. To maintain that softness, they do require regular fluffing.
That said, we hear how disappointing this has been for you. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’ll be sharing it with our product development team so we can continue improving the features of the Gaia.
