The return policy is not fair. charging 15% for packaging!

We completely understand how disappointing it can feel to pay an additional fee when returning an item. Our returns are always free when items are sent back in their original packaging. In cases where the original box is no longer available, the 15% fee helps cover the cost of sending a new box and restocking the item once it’s returned. This process is outlined on our returns page to ensure we can still support returns even without the original packaging.
