My experience with Cozy was positive until the delivery stage. After purchase, customers are handed off to a third party, GoBolt, which has no direct customer service or reliable communication. I attempted multiple times to reschedule my delivery from Tuesday to Thursday and was told it would be updated, but I never received confirmation. Then on Tuesday, I unexpectedly received a “delivery on the way” notification, forcing me to make last-minute arrangements. Because of this delivery experience, I would not recommend Cozy to friends and would rate the experience low. Better coordination and communication is needed.
