Delivery was great - no issues just a lot of boxes. Assembly was really easy, and now I can get a much better sense of future add-ons to this product when I want to get them. The materials have already held up against my cats occasional scratches, not even hitching.
I wouldn’t recommend this sofa and will likely be contacting customer service to request replacement parts or a return. One of the couch segments on our Neptune 3-seat full sleeper sofa appears to have a manufacturing defect. The pull-out mechanism is slightly misaligned, making conversion between sofa and bed more difficult than it should be. Over time, this misalignment is causing the cushion to rub against the arm, which raises concerns about premature wear and tear. The lumbar pillows are significantly smaller than what is shown online and in the showroom. This feels misleading. On the couch, they look disproportionate and ineffective, and we’ll likely need to have custom pillows made. Additionally, the sofa really needs side cushions or larger pillows—without them, sitting on either end feels awkward and unsupported. We chose the mocha fabric, and while we like the colour and overall style, the fabric slides noticeably when you sit down. This creates concern about stretching and long-term durability, especially given the $3,000+ price point. The fabric also generates a significant amount of static electricity. It’s difficult to use the couch without experiencing constant static shocks, which is frustrating and uncomfortable. Overall, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend the Neptune 3-seater sofa in mocha fabric to others.

We understand your concern about the misalignment in the pull-out mechanism and the resulting friction between the cushion and arm, premature wear is never something we want our customers to worry about. Based on your photos, we also agree that the lumbar pillows appear smaller than expected, and we recognize how that can feel misleading. Your suggestion for larger arm cushions is a thoughtful one, and we’ll be sharing this with our product development team.
Regarding the fabric shifting, the cushion covers are secured with Velcro and can shift slightly with regular use, as they stretch to adapt to the seat structure. That said, they are tested for durability and should not lose their shape or fit over time.
We also hear your frustration with the static buildup. This can sometimes happen with certain fabrics depending on the environment and the fabric that comes in contact with the sofa. If you’re open to exploring a different fabric, we’d be happy to send you swatches so you can test them out at home.
