I've had this couch for two years now and I'm selling it. If you’re looking for something you can actually relax on (like, say, lie down without feeling personally victimized), this is not it. The modular design means there is always a hard wooden edge exactly where your body does not want it. Side, back, hip… pick your suffering. It completely defeats the purpose of a “cozy” couch. And then we have the cushions. Within a pretty short time, the seat cushions flattened out and lost any sense of structure. They’re now uneven, lumpy, and permanently misshapen. The back cushions? Same story, but worse. Distorted, sagging, and somehow never sitting the same way twice. Technically, you can improve things by constantly unzipping everything and redistributing the stuffing like you’re fluffing a 19th-century feather mattress. But here’s the thing: I do not want a couch that requires ongoing manual labor to look halfway decent. It's more than maintenance, it's a part-time job. At this point, it’s uncomfortable, visually chaotic, and always looks slightly disheveled no matter what you do. What started out as a decent-looking piece has fully devolved into something that feels cheap and tired. In summary: not comfortable, not low-maintenance, not worth the effort. Would not recommend unless you enjoy rearranging couch guts on a weekly basis.
