Ordered in 2023, this has been the most beautiful couch I have ever owned. But, the comfort has deteriorated after 10 months, the cushions have flattened and its just not working for us as it is now causing back pain. This is definitely not a lounging couch.

While the Original Cozey is designed with firmer seat and back cushions that should maintain their shape over time, some gradual compression is normal. That said, what you're describing sounds like it’s impacting your comfort and even causing back pain, which we take very seriously.
