Luna sofa we ordered 5 seater
Luna sofa we ordered 5 seater - they missed connector plates and we wait for 2 weeks to get it. Later we got and we try to assemble it - back seat and arm is not align. Then they will send another 5 base seats and now nothing is aligned. Its been 4 weeks and still same - no sofa has been assemble. Totally garbage.

Beautiful rug
The delivery was on time, the rug colors and fabric are great! The rug is beautiful, but I noticed it’s slightly bigger than the foam base, so the edges don’t always align perfectly and can look a bit uneven. I tried adjusting it, but one side still looks a little flat without full foam coverage.

Frustrating order & delivery but I love my couch
I love my couch from Cozey, but the delivery experience was extremely frustrating. Living in Burnaby, I was surprised there was no scheduled delivery or white glove service available. Instead, I got a vague seven-day window, less than 24 hours notice, then multiple conflicting updates — including a 15-minute warning before arrival.
Living in a condo means arranging elevator access and time off work, which wasn’t possible with this level of communication. Thankfully, my building manager helped the delivery team access my suite.
The couch itself is great and looks fantastic assembled, but I’d only order again if Cozey improves its delivery process and offers scheduled delivery in the Vancouver area.
**It’s also interesting that THAT is the reply you chose to post, when in fact, there was no problem on my end, which you later agreed.

Asked Cozey to hold the shipping.. they said they would. then it shipped.. after arranging someone to move the packages inside for me, cozey then asked the shipping company to hold it while I assumed it was showing up that day... then the shipping company just randomly delivered it while I was still away for a week..

Sturdy couch!
I’ve had this couch for a month and I love it, it’s so sturdy and I love the extra storage space it provides it. The green chenille colour is beautiful and is withstanding well against our two dogs and toddler! We tried couches out at the Toronto location and the customer service was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming and genuine.
The delivery went well
The delivery went well. However, the table bowed within 24 hours. Customer service was emailed twice with no reply. The material is pretty close to impossible to stretch over the cushions as well

Love the product, and they're almost there with packaging
I liked being able to walk into the store, feel the different cushions and select the one we liked. The staff were not pushy at all and super helpful in selecting our items and placing the order. I can see what Cozey is trying to do with their packaging, trying to make it as simple as possible for people, and they're almost there. There's a few things I'd suggest that would make it SO much simpler. 1. Put a sticker on the box containing the instruction manual that says "Open me first". Instead, they say "Open all boxes" but considering I received 18 large boxes, and if I pulled all the pieces out, it would be difficult to move around and do the assembly. 2. The manual is nice, but should clearly say "start building your sofa starting with the left-most piece" since they're designed to connect to the piece on the left. 3. For large pieces like the sleeper-seats, put a ribbon or strap around the piece before it gets boxed to make it much simpler to pull out. There's a vacuum created when trying to pull the pieces out of the snug box and the strap would give the consumer a better grip on the item. 4. Create a way to release the negative air pressure in the box (even a handle flap would do) so make it easier to remove the items from the boxes.
It's decent enough quality
It's decent enough quality, but it came with parts that are clearly misaligned. With the CSR asking us to do the exact same thing 5 times and not reading the email thread at all, we have given up.
Will we buy another Cozey or recommend it? I don't know...
