Do not use this company. I’ve waited over 3 months and haven’t received my order. Every time I email they give a poor excuse and say it’s being shipped or it’s waiting for the courier to collect etc. I’ve asked for a refund many times and they keep saying it’ll be sent soon. Ordered early Feb 2025. Was told there was a slight delay of between 5-7 days due to high demand! Back and forth since and have asked for a full refund. They have now stopped replying to emails.
Very disappointed.
Stealing from young families it’s sickening.

3 months of waiting for my order and begging for an update via email. First it was out of stock then it was restocked but still never shipped to me. They continued to give me estimated dates which would all come and go. No refund, very unresponsive unless you email everyday . Maybe a scam or maybe it’s a company who has zero fulfillment system

Just another person that was scammed by this company, please don’t use them!!! I ordered a carrier 1 month ago today and after emailing multiple times to cancel and refund they eventually just stopped responding to me. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund through them. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews on here they’re also fake!!

Ordered Deluxe houndstoothe carrier on 5th February and never received it until this day, no tracking and no confirmation.
Back and forth with emails and no refund. Lucky I went through PayPal and have been refunded through them. I had a feeling this company was a fake, they’ve taken pictures from momcozy carriers and used them for their own website.
Don’t buy from this company! I feel like they’ve paid or made up fake accounts to put 5 star reviews
