If I could give this zero stars I would. I placed an order back in December with a promised ship date of 7 to 10 days. I have sent five emails with one response back with a tracking number. That wasn’t even the correct tracking number. They even sent a picture that the package was delivered but when I called federal express it wasn’t even in my state. I feel so scammed and I will be taking it up with my bank. Please do not order from this company.

SCAM!!! Money taken, claimed it was shipped but tracking number shows the shipper is awaiting item. 2 months later, no dog bed and they refuse to answer emails.

NO STARS. Scammers. Money taken, not received, no communication. Seems the site is shut down now, but another opened under a different t base.

These people are scammers. Did not send my dog beds and ignored all communication for a refund. Avoid!

What a scam!!! Shame on me for not seeing it sooner! Ordered 2 dog beds on11/30/22. Never received and no response from emails to Customer Service. Finally I started getting emails with expected delivery date of 1/13/23, only to receive an email with a picture of a box ( too large for dog beds) and a house that was not mine, not in any neighborhood around me. Worked with my bank to get my money back.

Shame on me for falling for this "good deal". I ordered 3 dog beds 12/11/22 and have yet to receive them. I have reached out 4 times now with no replies. If only I could file a scam report to the police to get them to shut down.

I, too, got taken. I ordered two of the dog beds for humans. I did receive a tracking number and then received notice that the package was delivered. No delivery was made. The next day I received a small package with the return "online shipper". Inside was a cheap pair of ear muffs. Not sure if that was the package in question, but I had not ordered any ear muffs.

Ordered 272.00 for dog beds showed shipped on December 12 no tracking number, sent three emails no response. Non existent customer service. Contacted my credit card company today to dispute.

Ordered 2 pet beds 18th November and received no goods. Emails and online query never been responded too. Hoping my credit card company will refund the money

There was no 0 star or I would choose that. I ordered items for my cat in November and 2 months later I have never received it, nor a shipping confirmation or tracking #. I sent over 10 emails to “customer service” never receiving a reply. There is no number even though a US address is listed. Clearly this comes from China and at first I wondered if their latest COVID lockdown was the cause but I think it’s a scam. Will be contacting my bank for sure.

Beware business is a fraud order a bed money was taking on November 16, 2022 reached out multiple times through chat one time response and never again package never came no tracking number provided order number still in transit since November 16, never moved never got package till today it Christmas package in transit believe that it never moved still in the same spot since the claim it shipped so I wouldn’t order anything from this company contacted my bank requested a refund Beware consumer’s sight is a fraud……

Ordered 2 x dog beds, got sent tracking number, tracked, to wrong address. Sent another tracking number, tracked, said delivered. Not to me it wasn't. Scammmers, dont waste time/money
