I purchased three sets of fluorescent car tyre valve caps from this company. They are totally useless, you have more chance of seeing the light of the moon through a jar of treacle. The company failed to respond to my emails and I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company

Stops me buying from scam sellers

I ordered a valentines card 3 weeks ago and paid £4.99 delivery. It arrived today 4 days too late!!

Not recommended. No answer to emails. Not received order after a considerable time.
AVOID.

Not even a one. Ordered retractable luggage straps. Sent manual ones. No contact since sent 2 e mails.

Rubbish service.

I ordered two puzzles on 12 Dec 2025. I have contacted cozyfolk at least four times. Asking them to cancel the order but they still haven’t. I still haven’t received them. I wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand. Beware don’t use them

Ordered a pop up book for Christmas with 2 volumes. It arrived well after Christmas and instead of 2 different books, it’s the same one with different covers.
Will attempt to return, but after reading reviews, I’m not hopeful. £44.00 down the drain

I ordered a game for Christmas and paid £5 for delivery for a £30 game. They took 10 days to even place the order then ship from China. By which time Christmas had been and gone. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t as it had shipped. So I am waiting for a game I don’t want and don’t have my refund. Avoid

Ordered an item on Dec 1st for Christmas, still not received it (now Boxing Day) and have asked to cancel order 3 times only to be told that it’s been dispatched so can’t be cancelled or refunded.
The tracking says it arrived in UK on 12/12/25 but no further updates!
Do not buy from this company!

Ordered board game for Christmas 10 days ago, haven't received tracking details emailed them twice and no response. Suspect they are scammed now I've read the other reviews

Bought a board game for Xmas, weeks late with no delivery update. Still not arrived. Customer service is non existent. You just end up getting random replies from unknown email addresses

Having paid for goods and sending several e mails, money has been taken but no goods sent or direct replies to e mails..stillwaiting hoping this is not a scam

I ordered items 2 weeks ago and money was paid immediately. Have heard nothing since with no response to my emails. Surely this company can be shut down for not being legitimate and stealing money from trusting people.

Several message sent with no response and when it finally arrived it was nothing like what was advertised it was the biggest load of rubbish I’ve ever seen

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago. It hasn’t been dispatched yet so I can’t track.
I’ve contacted cozyfolk and their reply was to “wait patiently”!
Terrible customer service. No idea if I will receive my item. But will find where I can complain and the email provided on their website isn’t helpful.

No contact address or telephone number.
All emails are answered by Robot facilities repeatedly apologising for delays blaming staffing issues!

Caution : Fraudulent company
Reference ORDER placed on 12 Nov 2025. I waited and followed up many times on their email address, asked them to cancel my order and refund money, no response at all. They did not despatch the item nor they sent any communication after payment was made. Ignored all my emails. They don't have any phone number listed anywhere to call. I have almost given up trying to get my money back.

After 3 weeks and no delivery i contacted them. After several days they sent me tracking - bit only because I requested it. They don’t reply to emails, fb I got a reply eventually. Avoid if possible!
