Amazing candles
Amazing candles that always burn level and the scent is there right to the end. The young men in the shop are always very friendly and helpful. We love the coffee bean one, we have it in the kitchen and its great to mask cooking smells as well as having a fresh coffee smell whenever you open the door. All the scents we have purchased have been very good. Only buy candles from CozyGlow now and would highly recommend.

Great products, poor communication
Ordered something back in Feb, lack of communication from them. Finally got the product and is now June, after sending yet another message. (Emailed and used Facebook messaging). Overall love the products and personally didn't mind the delay. However, the lack of correspondence and attentiveness to the situation was a disappointment.

The order was shipped in separate shipments, the first half was within 24 hours of the order, but due to covid our regular stock delivery was delayed at the supplier due to delays at the UK ports, we do apologise for this. Emails about the delay were sent and responded too, no mention of any dissatisfaction was communicated to us. We hope you love your new items and we are very sorry for the delay in the last item arriving.

Absolutely LOVE all their products, especially the candles, which literally have the most amazing and rich scents! I was honestly pleasantly surprised of how long they last unlike some other brands. The store itself is so sweet, the two gentlemen that work there are lovely and helpful. The website is easy to navigate and I can get all of my favourite goodies. With COVID they experienced a slight delay in my order but communicated quickly and efficiently which really helped me out. Really great service :)

5 months late…
I have just this morning received some candles, christmas pudding flavour, that I had ordered almost 5 months ago. I forgot I had even ordered them. The order was placed on 7/12/2020. Never have I ever had to wait 5 months for a product. How funny.

Candle scent lasts and lasts..
My son & daughter-in-law live in Coulsdon and as my son is a great one for supporting small local businesses, they bought me two candles as part of my birthday present last year just before lockdown. I must admit I wasn't too enthusiastic to try them because normally with high street scented candles they burn quickly with little smell. I was wrong, these are amazing, last for ages and the smell stays strong to the very end. I've bought more since and no doubt will become a regular customer for gifts etc. My son highly praised how friendly and helpful staff were in the shop when he bought my gift. I can't wait for shops to reopen so I can visit in person. Oh and prices are great too!

gone downhill
i’ve previously used this shop and had great candles now orders are taking over a fortnight just to ship with nothing on the site to say they’ll be taking that long. it was a birthday present too which likely won’t arrive until nearly a month after ordering which is ridiculous

We are very sorry for the delay, we do have a banner notification on the website stating orders will take longer to arrive, unfortunately this is due to issues with the couriers at this time. We are having long and unpredictable delays due to the pandemic shutting down many depots, and causing a large number is staff to be off.
We have tried out best to send out replacement orders for delayed packages, but we rely on the delivery promise of the couriers.
We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience this has caused.

I have been waiting for my order almost three weeks.After 3 calls and 2 emails they said my item is out of stock.It was supposed to be birthday present.Order refunded.I DO NOT RECCOMEND.WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!

We are very sorry for the delay, we are getting a huge number of customer service requests due to the issues with shipping couriers and the delays they are experiencing due to the pandemic.
This item was suddenly out of stock due to delays in us getting our materials, which had a knock on affect on our ability to make this scent. We have offered any alternative scent in order to dispatch this ASAP, but await a reply.

110% Customer service
110% Customer service. I ordered a candle yesterday and was ready for collection today. However I could not get to Coulsdon to collect it. A very nice gentleman offered to deliver it for me. I do not know any other shop that would have gone out of their way to do this. Look forward to coming into the shop as soon as Covid permits.
