I did not receive my package, after I paid online!

I ordered a framed canvas on April 15, 2021. I finally received my order May 19th, 2021. It came unframed and rolled up in a tube despite my order clearly stating it was framed. After contacting them via email, they admitted that their system must have had a glitch when I ordered. They offered no apology but did offer me 30% off on one of their DIY framing kits. I declined, as I am not good with arts and crafts nor do I have the time to dedicate to such a project. I asked if they would be willing to rush deliver my actual order and I would pay the difference and send back the unframed scroll. They never responded.

I've since taken the scrolls to a crafts store and paid them $200 to frame the canvas themselves. This was poor customer service for a mistake on their end. I will never purchase anything from this website ever again, and I caution anyone else considering to do so.

I bought a canvas printed GTR the quality was trash but I figured why not keep it.

When I ordered the print I didn’t realize the frames were not included. So I started looking around for frames when I got an email from cozy to order the exact sizes I needed. So I went against my judgement and ordered the frames.

It has now been a MONTH waiting for the frames. It was supposed to be here the 23rd of December, tracking label was made but never dropped off.

Customer service has been emailed 5 different times. The last email said wait another 5-10 days which is now closer to 20 days to see if anything changes.

Of course they won’t answer any of my emails. Place is a joke.

I order a canvas in December 10 for Christmas and it still haven’t arrived. It says shipped on the 11 but nothing. I emailed many time with not reply. Do not order from this company.

Awful awful company. The picture they show isn't what they sent me. They sent me some garbage from China. Took about 3 months to come. Was nothing like the pictures and was made of garbage. It went from opening the packaging to throwing it out. Buyer beware. They don't care about you at all

So I made my order on August 31st, almost 3 weeks ago and I have only received one email notification relating to my shipment. Since then it has been virtually radio silent on their end. I get it, we are dealing with COVID right now. Yet, this is more of a reason to be transparent with your customers who choose to support you during unprecedented times. Unfortunately, this is the exact opposite experience I have had with this company. I emailed them 8 days ago and have followed up 3 times. Not even an automated reply. I had to direct message their Instagram account to get one response about my shipping and it was 100% incorrect. If its gonna take 3-5 weeks at least respond to my email like a respectable company. No. They do the opposite. If I don't get a response within the next week I will have to report fraud. I won't let these people take my money like this and treat me like this at the same time. This is the last I'll ever purchase from this company and I'll be sure to steer EVERYONE away from them.

Took 2 Months and one week to get kept emailing got no response finally got my product it was in a cheap Box all tore up The canvas frames all bent up and bowed Would not lay flat on my wall Made very cheap damaged I would not recommend this site

Took a while to get here but I’m happy with how it turned out. Bought the pre-framed and got scared when the box was damaged but everything’s al good. Looks good too

Bought a unframed canvas & ended up buying a wood kit for it. Shipping took 5 days. Would order again but I recommend to buy a fully framed canvas from them instead of unframed if you are not DIY friendly.

I ordered the TCU wood Art and they sent me the rolled up banners. I have tried numerous times to contact them and have gotten no response. I would not order from them ever again and recommend to others...Buyer Beware.

HORRIBLE quality took over 2 months to get it and i kept emailing them asking where my package was all they kept saying it was in transit but it was at the same location for more then a month. When i got it, it was crumpled up like a cheap poster and when i looked at the picture you couldn't even tell it was a car. Picture was dark and quality was horrible. Same with the cheap materiel the picture is on.

First of all i waited a some time to force my money back via PayPal. Then i received my package (it should have been a picture frame) and all i got is a fabric with poor quality.

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered something April 16th and it is today June 22nd and I haven’t received anything yet. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!! They don’t even answer the emails i sent!!! So disappointed it was a bday gift for my son and NOTHING!!!!

This company is horrible and awful with customer service and the way they package their products! They delete any comments from customers on their Instagram that make them look bad. They hide the real reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company unless you want to be disappointed. I ordered on April 16, 2020 and just barely received my package today, June 18th 2020. My package came folded and all wrinkled in a black plastic bag. Horrible. Bad quality print! Whole company is cap. You have to frame the art yourself. I will never purchase anything from them again. False advertising all over their Instagram. I commented on their Instagram to call them out on their false advertising and how they delete the comments that expose them and I was blocked from their page! This company should be terminated completely. A SCAM!

Well I finally received the posters I ordered about 3 months ago….much to my disappointment they were rolled up instead of mounted as presented online and the quality is horrible!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for selling such horrible products online and scamming people! Don't even want a refund, hopefully Karma will take care of the situation ; )

This business is a scam! Using fake tracking numbers and services. False confirmation of deliveries. Needs to be investigated and all social media platforms should stop letting them advertise

Placed an order on April 22, 2020. Received email on April 25 that order was shipped. Last update on tracking info was May 23. It is now June 15 and still no package. When we email the company, all we get is the tracking info sent to us again. A refund has been requested through the company as well as a complaint to PayPal. This is ridiculous. Their excuse is longer shipping times due to COVID. 2 months?

They honestly deserve 0 stars, but that was not an option. Ordered the beginning of May. I was sent tracking info on April 25th. The last update for tracking info was May 6th. I still have not received and I placed my order 2 1/2 months ago. No one will respond to my almost daily emails. I am filing a complaint with my bank and the BBB on Monday morning! This company is stealing money from people!

I understand with all the craziness right now. But I seriously regret buying from them. It's been over a month, I got a tracking number in the beginning. Went to track it, it never worked.Wish I would've seen their reviews first! Never again !!!
