They kept the money, they never sent the product and they never responded to my emails!!!

Cozynookk as they are on an email. Scam company. I’ve lost £35. Can’t track them and no item received.

They are a scam. I paid over £100 for a chest of drawers in October 2023 that I never received. Promised multiple times I would get a Refund that never materialised.
They use multiple names via Facebook market place

These scammers use multiple people's names on FB Marketplace but are/were Cozy Nook Haven. Paid for a vintage chest of drawers in December, still not received the item nor a refund, despite numerous emails. I hope you enjoy spending my hard saved money...scum of the earth, avoid.

Complete scam, no refund received. I'm reporting these to trading standards. Complete scum of the earth.

Please be aware this is a scam don't buy anything the item never arrives. I did thankfully get my money back via santander

Same here scammed I’m afraid out of £95 for a desk, again never received. I did pay on my credit card thou as I was slightly suspicious as the offered free delivery.
I unfortunately recommend to my friend and he spent £300 on a debit card so no protection. He emailed them yesterday threatening lethal action if he is not refunded, their reply was ‘ please do’ .
I see the website is no longer valid !
How do we get this investigated further ? I have informed trading standards.

I ordered bedside tables the same as the other reviews on here and also from marketplace then being redirected.they are theives and I'm pretty upset about it to be fair! Coming to get you cozy nook! Pity I had to give a one star before writing a complaint review!

Ordered the cozynook, paid £33 for it and I've never received it. I've emailed several times and no response. Need to check these so called companies out before you order from them.

Crazynooks (and any recent derivative) is a scam and as others have said you will not receive your items. I ordered side tables more than a month ago and 0 updates on deliveries apart from some rubbish excuses on Facebook marketplace. Now the website is out of order and

There is a person/people communicating on Facebook and on hindsight there were red flags. Please stay away!

Wish I'd looked into this company before spending £220 on a chest of drawers. I was directed to the site via a person on facebook market place on 14 December. I then saw the same item pop up for sale today, which set off alarm bells as it's a supposedly vintage item. I went to check online and see that the company has changed name frpm Cozy Nook Haven to Vintage and Whimsy

Scam - paid for a dog bed in August and despite a number of chase emails l have never received a response - or the bed. Don't buy anything from these scammers.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs they will not send the furniture. They have now renamed themselves as Vintage & Whimsy so look out for that too!

Exactly the same as other reviews. The money was taken out of my account very swiftly but still no bed ordered in august! Despite three emails - no response. Disgusting service.

Ordered. Didn’t arrive. After a month my Partner contacted them said they would refund. Nothing.
