THIS SITE IS A SCAM 😡 I put an oder in for 2 x fluffy plush furniture protecters totally £64.80 on 30th September 2025.... and have heard nothing 😡 Its now 11th November 2025... How do I get my money back 🤔

Ordered an item from this company almost 2 months ago, have yet to receive item, asked for a refund and they tell me they cannot because it is still being shipped or processing. I don’t care what the situation is after 2 months I don’t want the item anymore and want a refund. Bs will never order from this company again and I suggest anyone else do the same.

October 14, 2025: Product Ordered. Received 2 E-mails. First was an invite to download Shop to track my order. Second was a general order confirmation.

October 15: I already had Shop but it needed an update. Updated. No order from Cozypawss.com. Thought it might just be that they hadn't prepared shipping info yet.

October 16: E-mailed support at cozypawss dot com asking when they would send tracking info. No response.

October 18: Sent follow up E-mail requesting a response. No response.

October 21: Sent another follow up E-mail giving a 2 day deadline for a response before taking all legal and reputational action available to me. No response.

October 23: 2 days pass. Writin a Trustpilot.com review to warn others was my priority so here we are today.

October 24: I unleash my legal army.

Most likely this was just an attempt to do a dropshipping scam and the site has been abandoned.

Don't spend any money here, there are ZERO products. It's just a shell website to collect money and do nothing else.

Purchase items and never receive items

I ordered from this company Cosy Pawss on 20/9/25 received email 21/9/25 order dispatched with a tracking number. However tracking number is invalid and despite sending four emails to their store requesting information have not received a reply to any of the emails and am beginning to believe I will not receive my order .

Ordered dog sofa bed on the 3/9/25
Unable to track item no updates and after 3 emails to the company they were not able to update me.
Bought the item through Shop I have reported them
I have since seen some bad reviews about this company I believe it is a scam dont buy from them .
Update to my review above the company have had the cheek to email me (a guy called David) to offer me a 10% !
When Ive already paid them for an order I havnt received- dont be scammed by them

Scam website, they take your money and don't ship anything . Avoid at all costs, they will not refund my money after asking several times, I was told to wait for my order to arrive and send it back if I want a refund.

I ordered the pet hair remover from cozy pawss on JULY 30, 2025.
It is now AUGUST 27, 2025 & I have NOT RECEIVED the product.
I have asked TWICE in EMAILS to be refunded, only to be told no refund until I return the product….the product I have NOT RECEIVED.

[17 Sep 2025] Kara last replied me on 3 Sep 2025 and no news, telling me to be patient. I have not receive my items yet. I have reported this merchant on Shopify as well as IG (@cozypaws111)

I also checked on Whois Cozypawss. The domain was set up on 2025-03-15 and yet they have thousands of review on pet beds etc? I am not sure if the reviews on Shopify is real.
I have formally requested for a refund.

[27 Aug 2025] A sponsored post on Instagram showed up and through IG, I ordered Pet Hair Removal Gloves on 16 Aug 2025 (Friday), order #3546.
This merchant uses Shop (by Shopify) so I paid with Apple Pay.

On 18 Aug 2025 (Monday) i received a shipment notification with tracking number YT2523000704431547.

Till today (27 Aug 2025 Wed), the status still shows Processing - Shipment Information Received.
Kara from Cozypawss has been responding my email and telling me she is contacting the fulfilment team.

And Kara said "Your order is currently in transit and may be experiencing slight delays due to shipping and customs clearance processes. These steps can sometimes take a bit longer depending on the carrier and your local customs regulations.
Rest assured, we're closely monitoring the status and will keep you updated with any changes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding!"

I am starting to wonder is cozypawssDOTcom is a legitimate seller.
I will update if i receive my item eventually.

I ordered some of those de-fuzzing mitts for dog fur on 7/20/25, I got an email on 7/21 saying they were being shipped. It is 8/17/25 and I still have not received anything AND the tracking shows no movement from China to America. I sent an email to them regarding a refund and have not received a response yet. I hope they make this right, but for now I would say stay far away from them.

I placed an order with this company a week ago — their couch covers looked amazing and were priced really well, so I didn’t think twice and bought two. They already arrived today! The quality is fantastic and shipping was super fast. I’m really happy with the covers, so I just placed another order for their orthopedic dog bed!
