Ordered two "quilts" for Christmas gifts on Dec 02.

While the designs look like the ad photos, these are NOT pieced quilts, but rather summer-weight printed fabric coverlets with squiggly stitching.
There is no batting, fleece or sherpa.
Yes, they are " fully reversible", but the back is a plain, medium gray, much like the color of wet cement.

Do Not Order from Cozzy Homes!! Item received is nothing like item is pictured on their website. It is a cheap print piece of fabric covered with random stiching. It is NOT a handmade quilt, it is crap. Ships from China, extremely poor quality.

What a rip off! I ordered for Xmas and it was late. Shipped with misding pillow cases too! The product is cheaply printed and NOT a quilt like in the pics. Faded at that! I ordered $300 worth of Christmas presents and will not give them out. I'm writing to my credit card to dispute.

I didn’t even want to put one star. I was totally scammed I spent $169 for an elephant print blanket. I am going report them to the authorities!!!!
My mom was left without a Christmas from me.

Have already written my review concerning this company. This company is a SCAM! I only wish that I had come to the reviews like so many others. However, the reviews that are posted on their website are absolutely lies and are created by this company.Just spoke with my bank and I am out some $85 plus. I hope others fare better.

Worst company I ever dealt with. They claim to be in the US and when I finally got my shipment after Christmas, it was shipped from China. The quality sucks. They should be ashamed of themselves. Put the word out.

UPDATE: today is 1/8/25 and the gift still has yet to arrive and I had to reach out to my payment method to dispute the extra amount that I was charged in order to get the refund that they said they would give, for the overcharge.

There was nowhere on the website to state processing and shipping. It did ask me for a tip while posting pictures of elderly women making the quilts. It showed me one final cost while charging me $12 more. I paid for fed ex express shipping which was nearly $20. Days later I inquired on when this would be and was advised it would be 5 days to process then 10-20 days to ship/receive. They claimed they’d give a refund for the overage charge but I have yet to see this processed. I replied again to clarify that a fed ex express option would indeed take 10-20 days and decided to look up their location. There appears to be both a Hong Kong and a WY address which doesn’t correlate to the pictures they post and lead you to believe it to be a small business run by elderly women. I feel as though we were more than misled, and we will be canceling our order!

Do not order with Cozzy Homes. I purchased a blanket for a Christmas gift. After waiting for several weeks I received a cheesy wine flask. I sent pictures to them. They say the same thing every time that I received my package. They're ripoff. Worse customer service I've ever seen.

The item I ordered didn’t say it would have to be shipped from china, now it’s two weeks in and i still haven’t received it and if want a refund they charge 20%. All this after they applied charges like compostable packaging and a tip that I did not agree to. Do not buy from this seller!

Wish I could use a negative star.

I should've looked into this company and read some reviews before ordering (like I usually do). There was no indication on the website that the product would ship from China. I elected an expedited form of shipping (FedEx or something similar), hoping I would get it in time for Christmas. After finalizing the purchase and receiving a link to track shipping, discovered it was coming from China. It took 14 days from the day of placing the order until it left China. They also have a tricky and confusing check out, and I ended up getting charged an additional amount for "shipping protection." I hate to even think about the quality of the quilt I bought. I wonder if I'll even get it. Avoid doing business with this company. Buy from a local quilter. I wish I had!

I ordered a blanket at Thanksgiving time and now it's been almost a month and still haven't received it. They sent me this "tracking" number that totally goes to some link. That you have to sign up for. Which I won't. I'm about to say fin refund me. It's suppose to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Now reading these reviews about the quality for 80 dollars it better be a real quilt . Now I'm debating to just tell them to refund me.

Product looks nice in pictures but will be surprised if it arrives. These shipments come from China. They take FOREVER. Had I known this I would never have ordered.

I ordered this item on the 5th of December and according to their packaging tracking link, it is still in China! This was intended to be a Christmas gift but I am starting to loose hope. Based on my experience with this company so far, I dread what the quality will be like. They were absolutely no help when I tried to get an ETA. I will keep you posted.

It is a big scam. Their ads show nice quilts but the actual products are nothing but a print on a cheap fabric. I purchased two quilts based on their advertisement but it was a complete rip-off. Never buy from this dishonest vendor.

As I wrote before, I wish I too had read these reviews before buying. They show a picture of American women quilting, and the address for the company is Wyoming. I had checked that out and assumed I was ordering from the US. I wanted to give this as a pre-Christmas gift. After doing more research I figured out they were scamming me. This is a Chinese company. I ordered at Thanksgiving, but the product hasn't even left China as of this review (Dec 18th). There is no way it will arrive before Christmas. The customer service is awful. They just cut and paste the same reply about shipping times. I called them out on false advertising but got the same automated reply. I am expecting the quality to be poor, based on what others have written. I don't know why Instagram lets these companies advertise on their platform. Oh yeah, right. Zuckerberg.

This was my first transaction with Cozzyhomes. It started out a bit complicated but was straightened out immediately by their customer support department to my total satisfaction. So A+ for customer service. I received my order well within delivery expectations (before Xmas) and was provided with tracking every step of the way. So A+ for shipping and delivery. When I received the quilt, I actually gasped. It is way, way beyond what I thought it would be. My quilt is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and exceptionally well made. It is lightweight (some call it a summer quilt), which is exactly what I needed. So A+++ for a spectacular product and an excellent transaction.

I like the quilt however, there are certain things that are not as described or shown on the website. This quilt and I believe others on the website are described as 'patchwork'. They are not patchwork quilts in the traditional sense. A traditional patchwork quilt would have many pieces sewn together to create the picture on the quilt top. This quilt top is one piece of fabric that has the full picture printed on the top. The colors are extraordinary but they are printed, not patchwork.

The actual machine stitching on the quilt is just one pattern of quilting. They remind me of jigsaw pieces. The website pictures show different quilting patterns on the quilt top. That adds interest to the quilt.

The measurements given for the quilt sizes are accurate.  Unfortunately, I did not double check the measurements that I wanted.  I have a King size mattress and so I automatically chose the 'King Size' .  When I got the quilt, I realized that I should have ordered the 'Super King Size', so that there was some fabric to drape over the sides of the mattress.  My mistake.
 
The quilt was delivered within one month of me ordering it. That is an acceptable delivery time frame considering the quilts come from China.

The items I mentioned above are not show stoppers. Since refunds are permitted only for defective quilts, I am going to have to keep my quilt.

I'm not sure if I would order more quilts or not.

This company deserves a-star! The guilt is thin...which I can deal with since it is only a throw. I purchased two, one as a gift. Now I don't know ill do with that gift. I'm too embarrassed to give it to my friend.
I ordered one with the white horse. You can look at it and never figure out what it is.
I agree with the buyer who said she didn't do enough research into this company. I didn't either.
Ill use mine for a while but I can see it as a dog blanket in the near future.
DON'T BUY THESE THINGS. PAPER THIN. HIDEOUS DESIGN DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ANYTHING ADVERTISED.
