We have been very satisfied with the SoClean machine. I can rest knowing that it is cleaning the tubes for my husbands cpap machine. When I need supplies, we receive them within a few days. If I had to do it over again, I would still purchase SoClean.

Beware when ordering, no return option available
This was my first and will be my last order. I was told my order hadn't gone through so I reordered only to have both orders accepted. There was no option to cancel one order, nor was any option nor instructions for return when items arrived. I'm stuck with the same item twice with no way to return. I am then being forced to open an account I don't want to post this review.

Hi Johnny - I'm really sorry about this. I do see that you placed two orders about 3 minutes apart. Perhaps the Order Confirmation page was not presented to you due to a glitch in Paypal or our system (which I will look into). In the meantime, I will refund you in full for one of the orders. You should see that refund shortly. As for an account, it is not required that you open an account. Some like to do that so when they log in, they can check out faster. But again, it's not required.
The instructions are very confusing
The instructions are very confusing, my cpap has a built in humidifier so it took me some time to realize NOT to follow the instructions for humidifier! Cut the hose off!
I’m still not sure if it’s ok to run the soclean with water in my cpap reservoir? ResMed AirSense 10 Your book also says I need an adapter for my unit yet I didn’t need one??? Seems the directions could be scaled way back and made simple? Otherwise I’d give it a 5 star!
