Poor product and appalling Customer Service
As a customer for CPAP products for over 20 years, I have had TWO recent bad experiences of dealing with cpapstore.eu.
1: An overpriced, substandard design, poor-quality "headgear set" with very narrow straps, sharp velcro edges that cut into your skin and a stupid 'loop & hook' closure rather than the normal magnetic clips.
2: A few weeks earlier, I purchased an expensive battery power backup unit and had to pay €36.90 extra for an additional cable which was already supplied in the product's original box.
In both cases, my email of complaint was replied to in a defensive, unhelpful, 'we are right & you are wrong' manner. I will certainly never deal with this company again.

Regarding your points:
The headgear you refer to is an original product from the manufacturer. As a reseller, we do not design or modify these items. Specifications such as strap width, materials, and closure mechanisms are defined by the manufacturer, and product images and descriptions are provided transparently prior to purchase.
Concerning the battery and cable, accessories and compatibility vary depending on the CPAP device model. In many cases, additional cables are required and are not included in the standard packaging. Without order details, we cannot verify what was supplied in your specific case.
We would also like to note that, in the past, there has been a similar review submitted which was not related to our store, so there may be some confusion once again.

I recently moved to Portugal from the…
I recently moved to Portugal from the US. My CPAP machine ran on 110 v vs. the 220, it was also old and I was trying to avoid using yet another converter. I started communicating with the CPAP store in April 2025 prior to moving to Portugal. They were extremely helpful in answering ALL of my questions. And I had many. I initially planned on ordering a new machine in August 2025 when we made our final move, but because of all the money to move, I ended up using the converter until I recently noticed black spots of some oily material on my pillow case. As it turns out, my old machine was deteriorating from the inside and I had been breathing in the particles. I contacted the CPAP store again and ordered my machine quickly and failed to select expedited delivery. I contacted the customer service department and they resolved the shipping issue and my machine is being delivered today. As you may know, there are a lot of CPAP suppliers in the market, but I will be sticking with the CPAP store for their excellent service.

You ordered the Resmed F30 mask, a model that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. At the time of purchase, our system showed limited remaining availability from suppliers, but unfortunately the last stock was sold out before we could secure it.
We informed you immediately by email and offered an alternative: the newer F40 mask at the same price. The F40 is the updated version and improves on the F30 in several aspects, which is why we suggested it as a direct replacement. As we did not receive a reply, we followed up via WhatsApp to ensure our message reached you. After your cancellation request, we processed a full refund on Monday without delay.
We always aim to communicate transparently and provide solutions when manufacturer availability changes unexpectedly. Your payment was returned in full as requested.
