I had a great experience with CPAP Victoria when I went to purchase an AirMini for travel purposes. Everyone was so helpful when I had trouble with the fitting of my mask and even though it was necessary for me to call/visit again, it was no trouble for them. Great service Essendon CPAP Victoria.

I started a trial of a CPAP Machine for 4 weeks in late March. Michelle was my consultant. She was professional, friendly and informative. Being a CPAP user herself she had hands on experience to guide me in the right direction. Over the 4 weeks of the trial she was available to help me through that period and if she was not she was able to refer me to other consultants. I eventually purchased a RESMED 11. Michelle was available to guide me with settings, appropriate trial masks and consults either face to face, phone or email. I am still getting used to the whole process but I can see light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Michelle for your support both with consults and fiddling with my settings online. Your support is very much appreciated.
