They also did check ins during the trial period to make sure things were working properly and to fine tune the setup. I'm very happy that I chose to get my first CPAP with them.

I bought a nasal mask for Resmed…
I bought a nasal mask for Resmed machine but found when I got it that it didn’t have the right connection. The picture on the website did not show the connection, it looked exactly like the mask fitting I have but hidden was the wrong connection. I returned it to the Footscray store where a person tried to persuade me I could use part of it as a stop gap. Really? Anyway I got a refund and then found a new nasal part only cost $85 while the whole mask cost $160, and the nasal mast was on Amazon for $25 less then at your store . Thanks so much! Anyway later that day I was trying to for a new filter in my air mini before going on holiday and could not remove the back ‘slide off ‘ lid. I returned to the Footscray store where the man said yes it a hard to remove and I bought replacement filters again a third more then buying online.
When I bought my AirMini I bought a battery as well which would not join up to the machine and I had to return that also.
When I trevel I find the AirMini plug is so deep it often doesn’t fit in any outlet that is close to the floor. It also disconnects from the app every time I go out and take up to 20 minutes to half an hour to reconnect every time.
Overall I fine cpap vic after sales service is haphazard and hit and miss.
Very unprofessional organisation and if there was anywhere else to go I would hot foot it there.
