Great price for a mask set that was on…
Great price for a mask set that was on special. I was advised that the mask was out of stock and that I would be contacted once new stock has arrived.
I was kept updated regularly and the item was shipped express once it was available.

My second attempt to purchase a replacement mask (online)was better than the first (out of stock and no correspondence to let me know), however I was overcharged when making a return on another occasion when exchanging it for the model I needed.I didn't want to make a scene over a few dollars so I accepted it. Purchasing spare parts from CPAP Victoria for me so far has not been a smooth experience.

In regard to the exchange you mentioned, there is a price difference between the ResMed F20 and N20 replacement cushions. From what we can see on our end, it does appear the correct pricing was charged at the time. Like most people I had no understanding of Sleep Apnea, and was having miserable sleep and lacked energy throughout the day. My days started at the local pool at 5.30am, and my energy levels become very low and swimming speed got slower and slower. The 4 week machine trial with guidance from Carolyn who was very patient with me answering all my questions was what I needed. In no time, I was having great sleep and regained energy and speed in the pool again

Wiley away from home on vacation, my cpap mask failed. Local shop, NSW, wanted $90 for one mask.
Shopped online at CPAP Vic. $69 for 3 pack. If items are that dear everywhere I'll give the machine up. Thank you CPAP Vic for decent prices.

I rang to get anew cpap machine and the…
I rang to get anew cpap machine and the lady I spoke to asked me to come in at 11:00 on Monday and although it would be busy as I am already a client if I didn’t mind waiting they would be happy to help me. I went at 11:00 as requested and when I went to the desk the lady asked me for a referral, this was not mentioned in previous call so I didn’t have a referral.
The dark haired lady then started yelling at me that they could not possibly see me and I should have a referral.
This was incredibly humiliating and total unprofessional behaviour especially as the waiting room is very small and everyone there was witness this.
