Found all the parts required without any problem.Ordered and parcel arrived next day!

From start to finish, a seamless transaction. The receptionist I spoke with was very courteous and utterly professional.

Easy to use website, good filters which actually work! Prices are extremely competitive and brands are fairly well-known. Easy to check on delivery costs and timescale. Goods delivered within 48 hours from time of order, so effectively next day as far as I'm concerned. Updates provided. This site will be first one to visit in future for electrical items.

Always professional. The carrier (UPS) lost my order. CPC issued a refund within a reasonable time. If there is a problem it’s best to phone for a speedy resolution. Email response can take several days.

Truly professional kit. Arrived in a few days which was just what I needed

Placed an order on the evening of the 21st July and received the item morning of the 23rd July. Really good price compared to other sites and free delivery. What more could you need.

Terrible experience
Ordered a fan 5 days ago!!! Just phoned to see when it will be despatched to be told it’s out of stock and can’t get any more stock🤔. So I said well when was anyone going to tell me this to be told unfortunately this is the way it is 🙄

Never ordered here before but I'll definitely order again. I ordered a pair of speaker stands. Great product, great price and a really quick delivery. 5 star all the way.

Placed an order for portable ac unit where the site showed over 10 in stock to then receive a email cancelling my order telling me they no longer stock the item. Not a great first time using this retailer, obviously stock numbers are made up.

CPC have now responded, apologised for the error, and confirmed this was due to human error. Whilst this is still concerning, I will, (in light of my not having a problem previously), give the benefit of the doubt. I have re-scored to 4 on that basis. I would caution to be vigilant, since this could obviously happen again....

I have in the past used CPC, without issue. However, I DO NOT have a trade credit account with them, have not purchased from them for a while, and have only ever ordered online, paying by credit card.

I received an invoice from CPC for an item (05/07), which is absolutely nothing to do with me. This throws up all sorts of issues around GDPR as well as other areas. I IMMEDIATELY sent an email, AND messaged online (this was read by them TWO DAYS ago, and they have NOT RESPONDED.

I have a horrible feeling I will need to pursue this legally, and if I do, I shall further be pursuing them for consequential loss etc. Mistakes can happen, I appreciate that, but this type of mistake is EXTREMELY concerning, and to simply ignore - absolutely disgusting.

If you don't deal with them, they won't have your details - you have been warned!!

I've been buying from CPC since 1996. Delivery is swift and well packed both for UK and export orders. The operation is all within the UK so it's easy to contact CPC staff with any queries and problems and the returns system is efficient and quick. They aways have a good range of supplies and the website is easy to navigate and order from; its always up to date as well.

Terrible Customer service. Not only did the ordered items arrived damaged we now have to wait for replacements once they pick up the returns. Three times they arranged pick and have not turned up and we ar now in week 3 and still waiting to get them picked up. Would not order from this company again. Very poor service and conveniently close at 5pm when pick up are until 6 and surprise surprise no one has come to pick them up. Still waiting for damaged items to be picked up!
