Excellent business to work with

Excellent business to work with. Ordered 3 things (even though two weren’t in stock so I needed to wait). First parcel on time, second two were ahead of time. All well packaged to prevent damage in transit. Excellent value as well

Very nice company, recommended 100%.
Not being a client yet, had general electric doubts, sent an email to their support and they kindly clarified them.
With doubts out of the way, purchase process was fantastic, easy website registration, product selected and purchased.
Very fast delivery.

Keyboard metal stand

The keyboard stand is strong and well made and light weight so easy to transport. Advised of delivery date and time and the product arrived on time. Great service CPC 👍

Great company to deal with.

I've been using CPC for many years. They have a good range of stock and a good website. On the couple of occasions when I've received a faulty item, (manufacturing defect), CPC resolved the issue speedily.

I made an order and was sent the wrong…

I made an order and was sent the wrong item, and had to go through the return process. To be then told you no longer stock it. It would have been so much cleverer to have updated the stock availability sooner or at least told me sooner as I could then try to find another supplier instead of waiting for an item I wanted now! Reply received to this, apology accepted.

Ordered 5 LED battens 11th November

Ordered 5 LED battens 11th November. They were on back order and I knew this at the point of ordering but it said on their website that 240nr were due in 13th November so assumed my 5 would follow shortly. Having not received the lights or any emails or calls I rang 17th November to be told they don't have ANY lights and the information on the website was just a guess and they won't be stocking these particular lights anymore. Had I not rung I would still be waiting indefinitely. Non existent communication and bad customer service. I will never use this company again.

Wrong items delivered and items missing

I ordered two sets of Christmas lights two weeks ago. One came and the other was missing. They also sent a wrong item. I’ve spent days trying to get someone to fix it. So far no luck. They’re only interested in getting the wrong item back. You wait days for a reply. Go elsewhere if you want the correct stuff.

Unsafe Product and Unresponsive Seller

I purchased a Durotel hand-held electric hot knife cutter on 16th September. When I used it for the first time, it overheated instantly, produced sparks, and the plastic base started melting. The company’s return policy was unclear, and their phone number didn’t work, so I emailed them explaining the issue and safety risk. I only received an automatic reply and never heard back. After I contacted PayPal, the seller sent a single-line email asking, “What were you cutting?” I responded immediately, but again received no meaningful reply. PayPal eventually refunded my money on 11th November after the seller ignored both me and PayPal. I specifically warned them that the product is unsafe and should be removed from sale, but they showed no concern for safety or responsibility.
This was my first and definitely last purchase from this company.
