BUYER BEWARE! I understand that cheap eBay hosting has limited support, but literally no support is unacceptable. My numerous requests for a refund have not received a reply in over a week.

Customer service always sort out my hosting and even website issues, they help me with things which were not part of their responsibilities. It is very helpful if you are new to hosting or don't know how to setups.

I am with them since 2014 and at the start, their hosting was very good and then God knows what happened in 2019 the support got very poor like I really have to wait 48 hours for someone to get back to me or reply my tickets but now in Nov 2020, the things are getting better, response time is back within 5 hours which is good so I hope they keep it that way in future as well.
