They are crooks and daylight robbery company.

They appear so genuine and caring until they grab your hard earned money.

Andrew Procter (if it's his actual name) came to our store with promising to better better rate at business rate. Guess what? Of course they disappeared.

We are trying to contact them and email them over and over. Including to call on other extensions on their website with no luck.

We wouldn't chase if it was small amount but we paid over £2000 of our hard earned money.

Don't be fool and one of us.

Avoid at all cost! I have had a terrible experience with this company and would advise everyone to save themselves their time and look else where.

They have lied about sorting the necessary work out for me and messed me around until I had enough of chasing after them. As a business owner, I have enough responsibilities and expect other services that I use to run smoothly. However, in this instance it was a constant back and forth procedure, until i asked for a refund for a job they didn’t start. They have now been ignoring my calls and emails. I can’t get through to them what so ever.

Relating to their customer service, it is appalling. They threatened me with writing bad reviews on my business and I even had staff shouting at me over the phone, just because I had asked for a refund. They are not professionals and are in need of serious phone training.

Overall, I had my time and money wasted during my process with them. And unfortunately I am still wasting my time with them as I’m trying to get my money back.

We have used a number of companies for rates reviews in the past and this one has to be the most time consuming and confusing so far. We had a survey (which we have never had before) despite the fact that we had already updated the Valuation Office of the changes, then we were asked to login to this HMRC portal and had to obtain info and pass back to CPC. We kept getting threatening letters from the VOA saying we had not completed certain tasks although we had no idea what they were! All this had to be passed to CPC who dealt with it.
We received a letter from CPC and confirmation of the change in rates and our savings but very complicated method all in all. Result was positive at least, but would not want to go through that again.

this is a scam company. they contacted us and siad we can see you qulaify for low rates and we ll apply on your behalf and you ll be under small business rates and our fees is £1000 + VAT they have received their fees and done nothing and i have same business rates i asked them for a refund no reply no comunication what a joke please do not fall into their trap its a company scmming people and why government allowing them its already hard time for business and people like these scamming...... please please do not fall into their traps they ll tell you all nicey nices calculagtons at the end you ll lose all your money..
EDITED: somebody form this company called me today about my reveiw and threat me for a legal action why did i left them negative reveiw so guys never use this company,, i am going to take legal action against you.. I am going to trading standards about you SCAM

Please, please read and don't fall into this trap! Total Scam. Promised to reduce business rates, and that they have done it for other companies around us here, and that we have very strong case. I paid £1000 fee, and for this amount all they have done is sending me two e-mails!!! It was me chasing all the time, it was me constantly asking for updates, even a day before the deadline. I called VOA to check on the progress and guess what? VOA says these scammers have not submitted any evidence, have not made an appeal, simply have done NOTHING! I demanded a full refund. Please if you have been treated the same way- contact me directly as I have submitted information to trading standards and I'm looking for options to proceed this even further. I will not leave these scammers to rob people.
EDIT: I have received threats to remove this review by CPC ltd. I have also received a pathetic comment "As I explained previously we have over 100,000 clients many of them clients speak English as a 2nd language", why non of this 100.000 clients has never shared a positive review? Please do your due diligence and re-search the company info before you hand them your hard earned money. Full name of the company is COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES CONSULTANTS LTD, reg numb 11966502, the Directors surname is the same as the person who sends the threats and is all available for the public on Companies house. If you check further you can see they have absolute no online presence - no reviews, no social media presence, no shared info from customers-nothing. Guess why?!

Total rip off!
They approached us claiming we overpay our business rates and they can challenge it so we can save up money. They said we’ll only pay if the challenge is successful. Obviously it wasn’t and we just wasted our time and over 1000£ for their “fees”. Now they say they’re not no win no fee company. Total rip off! Avoid! Make sure you do not use this company at any cost. You pay and they ghost you! I found a few bad exactly same feedbacks. Most of them is deleted as once you post anything they threat with legal actions, Be aware!
