I am extremely disappointed with C.P

I am extremely disappointed with C.P. Company's customer service. I returned my items months ago (Order RO19150), but I am still waiting for my refund of €696.50.
The initial refund was sent to a closed bank account and was automatically bounced back to C.P. Company's account. My bank has officially confirmed that they received the funds back. This means C.P. Company currently has both my returned goods AND my money.
I have sent multiple emails and a formal notice of default, providing my new IBAN details, but they have stopped responding entirely. Withholding a refund after the 14-day statutory period is a violation of EU consumer law.
I urge the management to look into this immediately and process my refund to the bank details I provided. To other customers: be careful, their "refund process" is a nightmare if anything goes slightly wrong.

The worst!!!

If I could give this minus stars I would! Don’t ever order from C.P Company! They are absolutely the worst!

I ordered a top for my husband’s birthday, when he opened his present it was not what I ordered. When I reached out to C.P Company they told me I was unable to return the item as the time had lapsed for me to return anything within 14 days. I responded and advised the fault is theirs for sending me the wrong item and as part of my consumer rights I have 30 days to return an item. It’s taken them over 4 weeks to respond to my second email to which they said the same thing that they could not refund the item and I cannot return it!

The upside is, I contacted my bank after sending my second email to them and they were able to retrieve the money for me and I ended up with a free top!

Don’t make the mistake of ordering from them! The customer service is absolutely terrible, the worst I’ve ever experienced. They have no understanding of consumers rights yet they have the audacity to charge a stupid amount of money for their items and take this from you immediately once you place the order!

Never again

Never again. Our new winter Puffer jacket turned out to be extremely fragile and ripped on first wear out. We complained and returned the item and CP Company are insisting there is nothing wrong with the suitability of the material and quality of the outer shell for daily outdoor wear, when clearly there is. This is not clothing this is a wear-on-your-instagram-only item. There was no aftercare. They did not offer me the free repair service they advertise with and claim to have returned the jacket to me, I never received it back. The company is based in Switserland so be warned, legal action is impossible and consumer rights are non-existent. Both the jacket and the money I paid (695- euro's) are gone.

CP Company jacket online

I bought a CP Company jacket online for €850. When I wore it for the second time, I noticed that the stitching on the inside of one sleeve hadn’t been done properly, leaving a gap of about 20 cm. Because of this, my hand gets stuck every time I try to put the jacket on. It’s disappointing, especially considering the price and the reputation of CP Company.

After contacting the brand, I was told to bring the jacket to Amsterdam for repair — a 1.5-hour drive from where I live. Since the jacket was defective upon arrival and I couldn’t have caused the issue myself, I asked to return it instead. Under Dutch law, this should be possible, but CP Company refused.

After three weeks and several follow-up emails, they claimed the jacket had been repaired and returned. However, from the photos, it’s clear this was not the case: there are no stitch marks where the stitching should have been. Suggesting that I might have removed the stitches myself is simply absurd.

Unfortunately, this experience shows that CP Company’s customer service does not match the quality image the brand promotes. For a label that positions itself as premium, this kind of response is unacceptable.

I’ve bought CP Company clothing for years and always appreciated the style and design — but after this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again. It’s truly disappointing to see such poor aftercare from a brand of this level.

premium brand with a market stall after sales service

no customer aftersales service for faulty items .
bought a CP Jacket for 900 euros which bled over my CP sweater .
Customer service which is probably AI GENERATED responses refuse any responsibility and just ignore this totally unacceptable situation .
Sweater is ruined and jacket totally unusable .
CP have shut their London shop so there is no way to return anything faulty .
Buying online is pointless as you will have the same experience as the 100 s of other dissatisfied customers .
the only option is to purchase through one of their wholesale accounts but then you are only selecting from a very limited range .
a premium brand with sadly a now a market stall mentality .

Shambles

Ordered a T-shirt £10 delivery and now it’s going to cost £10 to return which I think is ridiculous and greedy. The top came in a small brown bog standard box rolled up in a bit of paper. No plastic bag covering the top or branded bag. The top also smelt like fuel. For the price of the items and the brand they are ment to be it’s an absolute shambles. If I want anything CP again I’ve now learnt to buy from a partner store and not directly from themselves.

NONE EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered a bunch of stuff from CP Co. All arrived fine. I had to send some of the back back (5 items).
Raised a return. Label provided. Items shipped back to CP. Received a refund a few days after returning.
Problem is, CP have only refunded for 2 of the items. They still owe me a rather large sum of money.
Contacted customer service via the web-form multiple times. Eventually got a response claiming they will look into the problem & nothing since. No replies to email or web-notes.
No number to call. Almost 2 weeks with no contact.

Premium & Luxury they are not

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across!

My son ordered a Blue Moon Knit for £350 for his birthday and they sent a pair of chrome cargo pants with the wrong sticker on the product label! Since then we’ve returned them via DHL as per Customer Service instructions and they are now apparently “analysing” what went wrong! Meanwhile my son is still waiting for a full refund of the money they took from his account! Absolutely disgusting! It’s theft at the end of the day, took his money but not sent the item he ordered! The fight it get his money back goes on! Never again will we order anything from them! No phone number so you can’t speak to anyone, so frustrating! Beware!

I received a jacket that was already damaged upon arrival. I’ve been trying to get in touch with CP Company for over 2 months now – sent multiple emails, filled in their contact forms – and I haven’t heard anything back. Extremely Disappointing Customer…

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with C.P. Company. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my complaint by C.P. Company, which has been ongoing since January 2025. As a customer of what is supposed to be a premium brand, I expected a level of service that matches the quality they claim to represent. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, including detailed explanations, photographic evidence, and repeated follow-ups, the customer service team has failed to address my concerns adequately. The main issues with the product—a lambswool jumper—include defective seams, excessive pilling, stretched fabric, and color fading despite following the care instructions meticulously. These problems clearly fall under warranty claims as per EU consumer protection laws, yet C.P. Company has refused to offer a replacement or repair, instead dismissing the defects as “normal wear and tear.”
Adding insult to injury, their proposed solution was a mere 15% discount on a future purchase—a response that is both unprofessional and insufficient given the circumstances. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to provide a fair resolution reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I have repeatedly asked for clarity on why my claim is being denied and when I can expect a resolution. To date, I have received no meaningful answers. The company’s approach appears to be one of avoidance rather than action, which has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a loyal customer who has previously purchased multiple items from them.
I urge C.P. Company to reconsider their stance and take responsibility for the defective product they sold. Their failure to resolve this issue not only undermines their reputation but also erodes trust in their brand.
Until this matter is resolved satisfactorily, I cannot recommend C.P. Company to others. Premium brands should uphold premium standards—not only in their products but also in how they treat their customers when issues arise.

Extremely Slow Refund Process & Poor Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with C.P. Company. After returning my order, I was promised a refund, but despite waiting for a month and following up multiple times, I still haven’t received it.

Their customer service is unresponsive by both website request and email and keeps delaying without giving a clear answer. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of accountability.

I would not recommend buying from this company if you expect reliable service and smooth refund processing. Definitely a frustrating experience!

Disappointing Experience with C.P. Company – Poor Quality and Lacking Customer Service

I purchased a Down Jacket Metropolis Series from C.P. Company less than two weeks ago in Milan. After just a few days of use, the drawstring on the collar frayed and broke simply while adjusting it.

Considering the price of this jacket (€800/900), I expected much better quality. I contacted customer service hoping for a concrete solution, but their response was disappointing—they simply redirected me to the retailer, refusing to take any direct responsibility.

This approach is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be premium. I was left with two unsatisfactory options:

Return to the store and hope to find a similar jacket or settle for an uncertain solution.
Repair a jacket that already broke from minimal use, risking the same issue happening again.
A product at this price point should guarantee quality and durability, but my experience has been the exact opposite. To make matters worse, customer service responded late and without offering any real assistance.

If this is the level of C.P. Company’s after-sales service, I will certainly never purchase from them again.
