Very good course and company
I enrolled in Business Administration (Level 7 Diploma) I received access immediately and was very pleased with both the content and quality of my course. The course is detailed and requires the learner to not only read the material but also research and devise their own independent answers. I am pleased with the feedback for each assignment and how quickly assignments are marked and returned. The company is also responsive and provides good support for any issues. Interesting but a lot of reading.
I would have enjoyed more multi-media resources, like videos. This was especially true for the Microsoft Office section, which is just a document listing how to perform basic functions. I was looking forward to developing my Excel knowledge, so this was disappointing.

I purchased two different courses…
I purchased two different courses through reed six months. I was working through one of the courses until I received an email informing me that the status of one of the courses has been changed to decline. The entire course has disappeared from the portal. There is no phone number or email address on the website. The only way to contact them would be to create a ticket on their support page. I have sent several messages all of which were ignored.
