Matthew Ellis made all the difference

Matthew made all the difference with his first rate experience and technical abilities. He walked me through the steps to remove the back door camera from the security system and then reinstalled it, resetting the camera and getting it back up again. During the process he explained my options with CPI and as a result, I am considering changing out our drive way and back door cameras and signing a new 3 year contract with CPI. Matthew’s superior customer service makes me glad that I am a CPI customer. Please let Matthew’s supervisor know about my great interaction. Thank you all for being the best security team in the Carolinas!

Nigel was AMAZING!

Excellent

John was great and responsive.with the move and craziness didn’t think about needing the WiFi for the system so they had to come out 2x. Not pleased about where the motion sensor was placed. There was some confusion because 2 of the techs did agree where to put it. When they came back I asked for it to be moved but it wasn’t. I was told there would be a screw hole which didn’t thrill me considering I thought it was put up with an adhesive. Otherwise everyone was was very professional.

My installation is still in progress

My installation is still in progress. I have had 3 appointments already. I still have at least one more now before the final installation. I hope that the system works like it should when it is all finished. So far, I have not been impressed..
